Overall great experience. The initial call in setting up the appointment truly set the positive experience. Technician was on time, presented himself professionally. The technician answered my questions along the service and was patient and courteous. Very impressive. The technician provided great customer service. Overall splendid job. I will call again for future additional services.

I rarely write reviews for service companies, especially because it's easy for tempers to run hot when something's been broken. Today is different. Best Care has been to my home multiple times over the years to support my American Home Shield contract. They nursed along my ancient HVAC and resuscitated it this past week.

They came to my home Tuesday to work on my system and told me honestly what I already knew, it was so old that it couldn't likely be fixed. The next day, Tom (one of their sales reps/comfort specialists) came out to the house and talked me and my finance through the options and broke down the cost to replace the main unit, air handler and all the associated work. He clearly worked through and explained the financing options. After answering all our questions, we agreed on a new unit that fit our family budget. To our pleasant surprise, he was able to schedule installation the next day.

Today, Tyler and his assistant swiftly removed the old system and replaced it with the brand-new system. They were professional, answered questions and even helped to set up the new thermostat controls. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and installation. While I've appreciated the work they had to repeatedly do, my hope is to enjoy many years without a service call with the new unit.

Just had the Best Care people come out today. Service technicians Chris & Chris came out and evaluated my existing Mini Split unit in my detached garage workshop. The unit was 12 years old, very dirty inside, some mold, wore out. They suggested to have Sales Agent Wes Cary to come out and evaluate, estimate for a new unit. I was very pleased with contract for a new unit. Thank you Best Care, techs Chris & Chris, and Wes Cary.

Nick and Dylan came in and took care of the plumbing problems quickly. They were professional and polite, they even thought me about preventative maintenance. My whole experience from booking the service on the phone to the actual appointment has been a pleasant one.

Chris exceeds the standards for others to emulate. His professionalism and explanation of my system issues provided a clear, honest assessment to manage my expectations. Please hire more techs of this caliber as good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Great guy and representative of your company!

Best Care provided exceptional service for our family in Hazel Green, AL. We reached out to Wes to get a new HVAC unit for my mother-in-law’s house, and he was super informative, friendly, and forthcoming about costs. The install crew, Keaton and Evan, did an outstanding job. They were beyond professional and polite. We will recommend this business to anyone who will listen. Great service and fair pricing. They all went above and beyond on our large and complex unit installation. Tyler topped off a great installation with one in one instruction on the use of the new thermostat and changes made to the unit and ducting. Thanks!

The two repairmen Steve and Tyler did an outstanding job repairing our heat pump. They were very knowledgeable and professional and completed the work in a timely manner, they listen to the customer and were courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them come to our home.

Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air is one of the BEST. The tech that came to my home walked me through my app setup (he didn't have too). He explained everything to me that he did, and why. I am very satisfied with and would recommend their service.

Communication and punctuality was great, they explained and showed me the issues with my 16 year old unit. Ultimately they had to replace it which is obviously a much larger cost than repairing but I am more than confident that it was a way better choice to replace versus throwing good money at bad after they showed me all the issues. The whole team was great from techs, sales, and parts team where all great!

Technicians were called to check system as it was not responding . Conducted a semi annual inspection of HVAC and found multiple issues that needed to fixed. Was aware system was needing replacement and decided to proceed instead of costly repairs. Technicians were able to replace the entire unit with a Trane the next business day. Great job, efficient and professional. Highly recommend. New HVAC is awesome. Quite and efficient. Somewhat costly but has 10 year warranty and expectations are it will outlive it's warranty.

We had to have two HVAC compressor units replaced at the same time... Tyler B and Crago did an awesome job getting the whole job done in one visit with an absolutely fantastic install. I called American Home Shield, and they sent me this company. Chris Jordan was the Tech and Leann (spellcheck)was the administrative person i spoke with in the office. They responded in a prompt manner considering the treacherous snowstorm conditions we had. then they got the thermostat and was out in a timely manner. I have nothing bad to say about their responsiveness or service as it was excellent. I would definitely recommend them as a service provider.

Chris Russell was simply outstanding! He was given my job at the last minute and came to the rescue to ensure we had heat. I was lucky he was
chosen to work on my unit and you would be too! Give this man a big raise!!!!!

First I was blessed to have Wes as my salesperson. He provided honest, clear assesment of my needs for a water heater. It is also worth noting that Wes supported me throughout the process. Then I was blessed again to have Nick and Mason to perform the installation. They were prompt, professional and personal. We had Best Care help us with a water pressure problem. They were thorough in diagnosing the issue and coming up with a solution. They made sure I understood what they were going to do and what it would cost. Very professional service. I’ll use them again!
