Integrity is very responsive and quick to come out and are even helping me pull together some service documents on an hvac I had installed by another company that integrity’s worked on so I can go to the manufacturer on it.

My A/C went out on Monday 8/29 Integrity had a technician out Monday evening. The unit was not feasible to repair due to the age. They were back Tuesday morning 8/30 to install a new Hvac system I'm very pleased with Integrity Services. Thanks for the quick clean service

I can only speak great things about this wonderful company!! We’ve used them for a few years now and they are always so friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond each maintenance visit and we truly trust them! Most recently our AC wasn’t working we called on Wednesday they were there before 10AM Thursday morning! Bill has been our tech the last few visits and he’s wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything in terms we understand and breaks down costs for us and even helped us save some money on the long run! We truly recommend them to anyone that needs an HVAC company!!

We’ve had a great experience with Integrity so far! We put our HVAC system on a yearly maintenance plan that is very affordable. During the snowstorm, our heat failed, but Bob came to the rescue and got it fixed up! Bob is always punctual and gets the job done. Super friendly, A+. Highly recommended!

I called on Monday morning for A/C repair and Bob was here in just a short time. He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong. He had to order my parts and came out as soon as they were available on Tuesday. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service and the quick response time from Integrity Services.

I’ve had excellent ongoing service. I had some issues with my heat pump. They repaired it, but the system was old, so after the third repair, they helped me decide on a new system. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again when my secondary unit starts having the same problems that the first one did.

I see Brian’s name in a lot of other reviews. I wanted to give Bob a shout out as he’s the main one I’ve worked with, and he’s the reason I keep coming back.

Before I purchased my home Integrity Services came out and did a full inspection. Their technician Bob has continued to do maintenance every 6 months. I am very happy with this company and recommend them.

This technician was very professional. He found some items that needed to be corrected immediately on our HVAC system. He contacted his manager and had a team here within an hour to correct the problems. Very good service that was punctual. I would recommend their work.

I called Integrity Services for a second quote after receiving the news that I needed to replace my entire HVAC system due to a failing furnace. Brian identified the problem, fixed my furnace within minutes, and told me that I should have another 10+ years left in my system! Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Love this company. They did an amazing job when I purchased my home inspecting my HVAC unit. They recommended some minor work to the duct work and did a great job repairing it. They even installed an iwave to help with the air quality inside the home. We will definitely use them in the future.

Integrity was very good to work with. From the office people to the estimator to the installation crew they were timely and courteous. They were the only company that quoted a new Trane line of equipment. I am convinced I got a good deal from a good company and saved around $1000.

The fan on my unit would no longer kick on. Blue came over and got everything fixed. Told me about Integrity’s maintenance plans without forcing them on me. Great guy and great service. Will definitely be using Integrity again in the future.

My 20 year old blown in insulation had settled significantly and I needed 7 inches of insulation added (re-capping) to get back up to code. Integrity did the job in under 3 hours. It would have taken me all day if not all weekend to do it myself. They were able to install the following day after I signed the on-line proposal. Installers did a great job and cleaned up stray material before leaving (blowing insulation is a messy job). I would highly recommend anyone needing insulation or a new AC system to use Integrity Services.

Josh worked on my HVAC unit years back while with a different company. I was really glad to see him again this time. He's an honest, and straight forward guy and has always been great with answering any of my questions and addressing any concerns.
