Robert and his team were very easy to work with. They explained all of my options to fix my AC, and when I opted to replace it, Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my options, and he obviously cared about what was best for my situation and was not just trying to sell me more than what I needed. Since the replacement, it has worked perfectly and I’m reassured for the coming summer. Highly recommend him and his team.

Robert and his team quickly identified the issue with both of our units, took into account our financial situation, developed a plan of action, and replaced both units within two days of the first call. So this man, Robert Atkins and His staff at his company goes so way beyond and it just amazing! You see, we had a severe issue last week which caused an emergency situation. I called Mr. Atkins in the middle of the night and he actually picked up the phone!! We discussed the situation and he came out that day! He ordered the equipment and as soon as it arrived, which was the following business day, our new unit was installed! We can't thank him and his crew enough! Great Job ACS!

My HVAC system died on me and was looking at a costly repair. Called ACS to come look at the system. They were very responsive and came out to give me high quality options at great prices. I decided to go with their service. The install was smooth. They were able to get everything done in one day but had to come back another day to finish up setting the vent on the roof. I appreciated the attention to detail and ensuring everything was done even if it meant having to come back.

ACS got my unit and system replaced after mine failed during the summer. Gave me some good options to choose from and had it all up and running pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Our crawlspace that contained our air handler & duct system was attacked by rats and mold. It was a dangerous situation that had to be handled quickly. Robert & his ACS people responded immediately to what was obviously going to be a big and time-consuming job, assessed the situation perfectly, and recommended remediation including a modern HVAC system with metal ducts. They were amazingly efficient & within a few days we had healthy, clean air provided by a perfectly sized system. I will be forever grateful for ACS's quick response. I have signed up for annual maintenance with ACS to avoid this situation again.

I can unreservedly recommend ACS, Inc. In the last couple of years ACS has replaced both my downstairs furnace and my upstairs heat pump. Both installations were done in one day with no problems. The price was very competitive, the quality of the Amana products they used is excellent, and the service from ACS and their employees was absolutely top notch. Both times they came out and completely replaced the units within a few hours of calling them after the old units just quit working. I don't know how it could have been any better. I now also use ACS to perform annual preventive maintenance on both units.

I really appreciate Robert and his team. We had an issue with cooling the house. My husband called and was able to reach Robert. After explaining the situation, Robert stated that he would add us to the list but it may be two days before they can come out. They came out the evening stated. They diagnose the issue and began fixing it. Then they realize they did not have enough freon to recharge the system. They could have said that they needed to come back on another day but they met up with Robert for freon, came back and charged the system. Did I mention that a storm was heading our way? We were ready to pay for the freon but then we heard the words 'no charge'. They are reporting their findings of what caused the issue. I truly, truly recommend this company. God smiled on them and moved the storm more north and held the rain until they were finished.

Superb experience with Rob Akin and his team. He is extraordinarily well versed in his field and can explain the what & why of his recommendations in as much detail as you'd ever want. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he stays up-to-date on HVAC technology and even policies by attending classes on a recurring basis; this was the reason he could tell me about tax incentives tied to my new HVAC system (that means he saved me $$$ because he was knowledgeable). His team of installers was equally professional. He also didn't gouge me for "consulting costs" like Brooks Bros, who visited without decent answers and left my wallet about $100 lighter. I got an honest assessment of my unique situation, an accurate estimate, and polite/ expedient follow up. Also locked in a recurring maintenance contract because he explained the "why"...and it made **much** sense to my engineering mind. Solid business and solid businessman for taking care of HVAC issues.

Our a/c went out and Robert came the same day to access the problem. He determined it would be best to replace the 11 year old system. He had the Ammana in stock and his personnel replaced the unit the next business day. They were very professional and did an outstanding job installing the new unit both inside and outside. I highly recommend ACS.for all heating and air conditioning work.
