Wonderful experience with Integrity. After a lot of back and forth with the company originally assigned to us through our Home Warranty, we knew we needed a second opinion.

Brian came out the day after we called, looked at our unit, and gave a recommendation. We never felt pressured into anything.

We called to schedule the fix on a Wednesday and were told they ought to be able to get to it by the end of the week. The following morning when dispatch called they told us that unfortunately it would be the following Wednesday before anyone came out. To make the wait easier they came out that day with a temporary window unit that made a couple rooms bearable.

They showed up first thing on the day they were scheduled and we now have functioning AC again. Price was fair and everyone was very friendly. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Kevin and Austin installed a split unit AC/Heat unit in my garage, did an exceptional job! Very polite and professional through the whole process. Highly recommend this company.

Austin Baker was very professional, pleasant and very technically proficient technician. He really took the time to listen and diagnose the issue I was having with my HVAC system. He fixed my system in a timely manner and had us up and running in no time.

Excellent installation. Very conscientious and knowledgeable technician. Respectful of my space and took care during installation and at clean-up. Great customer service included additional recommendations on how to optimize unit performance. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Integrity! Our heater went out so we called a few different companies and had a hard time getting responses from them. When we called Integrity, they had someone at our house the next day! We were provided estimates and able to sign and submit the proposal the same day. There was constant communication each step of the way, and installation was completed within a day or two of submitting our proposal! Every single person we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am beyond impressed with how thorough and expeditiously the whole process was handled.

We woke up without heat on a Friday morning. I called several companies and none could guarantee that they could get out that day. When I reached Integrity, I spoke with Brandon. He assured me someone would be out before 6pm. Austin came out. He was very thorough and found out what the problem (s) were. He got the heat on but couldn’t guarantee it would keep working. He called us on Monday with an estimate and said they had to order the parts. As soon as the parts came in (after the ice storm shut everything down for a week) they called and got Austin back out. He just left and everything is working well. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely call Integrity again. We even signed up for their service contract which saved us $ on the repair.

Bryan was on time, pleasant and got right to work on both of my units. He does his job well and is very informative. He did not try to sell me anything, but gave me suggestions. I never felt pressured, which means a lot. I enjoyed his visit.

They were awesome!! They were kind and understanding and did a great job! Kyle was super nice and was very helpful. The installation guys were amazing. Super nice and very efficient. Wish I knew their names. Again, thank you for treating me so well.

Thomas did a fantastic job all the way from identifying the problem to fixing it! He was very professional and knowledgeable, could not have asked for anything more! Great service and we look forward to having them do our yearly service.

I trust Integrity for all my duct work. Honest and reliable. Kevin was my tech today. He took pictures and showed me what was fixed.

Great experience with this company they were quick to locate the issue with my old unit. The Tech. Was awesome down to earth and very nice. They showed me the issue and why it would not work. They offered to fix it but showed me other problems that may occur in the near future. They was not pushy into getting a new unit but I was interested in the prices and other benefits of it.

They then sent the owner of the company to my residence and he went over different units and what he thought I needed. He then had my unit installed the next day in little to no time. Hopefully I want need to use another HVAC company for a while but if I do I will be giving my business back to them.

Today I had Austin working with me in my home to do my scheduled maintenance. I noticed he had one of the nicest personalities of anyone I have met. He took care of my issues, checked my HVAC system, and was very easy to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable. I hope he can do my next scheduled maintenance in the fall. Thank you Austin and Integrity services. Austin is a keeper.

My outside unit was making a very loud noise. We just had a week of ice where everything was literally shut down so I was afraid it would take a while to get an appointment, nope; they came out the next day! Austin was very thorough in his exam of my system. He explained the age of my system and what would be covered under warranty. I was pleased with the charge of the service. Pleasantly surprised there wasn’t a time limit to the initial service call where I would be charged more if the diagnostics took “too” long. I will be using them for any future service needs.

If you have HVAC issues, don’t hesitate to call Integrity, had an issue and they were able to schedule me that day. Had a knowledgeable tech come out and give me a solid viewpoint of the health of my unit and let me know what the current issue was. Couldn’t recommend more

Thomas came out and did an inspection on 2 HVAC units. He was very professional and took his time in explaining everything and answering my questions. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him!

Lance provided excellent customer service. They showed up on time and made sure every piece was installed correctly and was working properly before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

The owner, office staff, and installation crew were all wonderful to work with. The price was fair, scheduling was easy, and the installers were on time, respectful and did excellent work. Highly recommend!

I have used Integrity Services for many years and for multiple houses. I highly recommend them because of their exceptional customer service all the time and responsiveness when an urgent issue arises. I am also very pleased with the twice yearly maintenance plan price and service.

Austin did a great job with the tune-up and even checked all areas to verify how the A/C is doing! I appreciate his patience with my dog and him also checking on their past services. Our family will continue to work with the team. Thank you!
