The reason I’m giving this review is because of one specific employee. I know her name is Laurie, I hope I spelled it right. I’ve been a Sanpete county native my whole life. I’ve come to this location many times. For over 10 years coming up on 15 I’m sure Laurie has worked for this location. She is always smiling, happy, and fun to talk to. She always remembers me and engages in friendly chat. She is incredibly sharp in her job from customer service to work ethic whether it’s running the drive through with clarity and professionalism to cleaning and talking to customers. I’ve never met a better food industry employee. I feel guilty for not having given her this review years ago. If you come through the drive through or get the opportunity to meet her she is the best! She’s the reason this McDonald’s is so great! I hope they know how lucky they are to have her. As I said above she’s the sole reason for this 5 star review. Her management better see this and give her an award or a raise because she deserves it! Thank you Laurie for always making my day when I come around! You’re the best!

The young man at the till said he would give us 20% off our order if we could beat him in a squeeze off. He had a machine that measured squeeze strength. He destroyed my son so we had to pay full price. Very friendly staff, clean location. We were there just before close with a big order and they didn't seem to mind, even though they probably did a little. Thanks for the late dinner!

The manager and team were all super attentive making sure we had everything. And even though it was a holiday(4th of July) They all seemed happy even though they were at work.

Great job team! Hopefully this gets to corporate!

This place was clean, and the staff efficient. My husband said it was the best quarter pounder with cheese deluxe he has ever had. We obviously don't go to McDonald's much. It was nice to take a break and relax.

I love McDonald’s their food is so good and delicious. I don’t care what anybody else says they can’t change my mind. never in 5 million years.

Food was about right. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Decently clean, and convenient to reach from the main drag.

This is very nice McDonald's. They have a great indoor play place, and have always gotten our orders right. The staff is courteous and the bathrooms are clean. The fries have (so far) always been fresh and hot. Even the views out the windows are nice. We always stop here when we are on our way to Capitol reef park, or Kodachrome.

My order has been wrong the last 3 times I was there. My fries were cold today and I don't even know why they put them in containers as the fries were put in the bag on their side so they all ended up at the bottom of the bag.
What sucks is that I'll go back because I have no choice. When I want McDonald's fries, they really have to come from McDonald's.

May 7, 2019 I am amending my previous review because Preston at the window was so polite and smiley and made sure I had hot fries that did not spill all over the bottom of the bag and changed my earlier attitude. Thank you Preston 😊

My family has never been much of a McDonald’s fan but we actually frequent this McDonald’s often. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant clean and the food, well, it’s McDonald’s. We depend on their fast drive-through and if they ever make you wait more than a couple minutes, they’re the first to offer a free drink or dessert. Essentially, they’re a restaurant that behaves as if there is competition around. Their 2-for-$4 breakfast menu has been popular with us and my wife and I appreciate that we can feed three small kids with a $5 box of 20 chicken nuggets. And no offense to McDonald’s in general but the staff at this particular location seem nice and friendly, like they actually appreciate their job there.

They got the food made fast and the cashier was super sweet and nice. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and smelt great

This is the first time I tried the prepay by card drive-thru pickup system. It was quick, easy and the food was still hot. I was pleased.

Great Service and really fresh. Used mobile and curbside. Very impressed with one of the managers that brought my food. Hats off to her professionalism. Thank you for the hard work.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to, the food is always good and the people are always friendly.
The kid working the window tonight, (July 20, around 11 pm), was the BEST. So nice and just adorable, made our night! Shoutout to him!

Well ok it's McDonald's, but this store is a gem of McDonald's. It's staffed with top notch individuals willing to give you a great all American experience. Very clean and well maintained. McDonald's is a huge corporation and very standardized, but they do vary from store to store and I will tell you that this store is a stand out... The exceptional staff here makes all the difference in the world. Stop on in for a good example of how an American institution is supposed to opporate.

Zack at the drivethru was awesome super friendly. Not many teenagers seem like they like their job like this kid

They were having difficulty with their main register. They quickly opened up the self service, and the line went down quickly. The order was spot on and the people were great 👍.

I use the McD app and order on my way. It's faster and pay in the app. Fresh, hot, food that is consistently good. The deals in the app are great value so I usually check those first.

It's McDonald's, you know what you're going to get when you go there. This location is always clean and the employees are very friendly. I can't remember a time that they've gotten our wrong and the food is as fresh as you can get from McDonald's.

My experience was great! Very helpful with the menu, friendly, there was alot of people working this morning so our order was pumped out fast!
