T-Mobile

Bought my Apple Watch from Mike V at this location on a Friday. Told them I needed it by Wednesday for a trip I was going on and was assured, I would receive it in time which I did. They offered immediate help from the second they greeted me when I walked in through me going three days later to get the watch activated when customer care could not. I spent two hours on the phone with customer care it took them 20 minutes. I could not recommend Patrick and his team more. five stars.

Alex was sooo very helpful ..many thanks to him and the Maple Grove T Mobile office ..he fixed my problem when another T Mobile shop could not...thanks again ex.

After many awful T-Mobile experiences in other stores Drake restored my faith in good customer service. He went above and beyond, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great advice. He was very patient while he transferred data to my new phone. Thank you!

Went into the store April 17, 2023 because I was having issues with my wifi Gateway. Spoke to Kanyon and he exchanged mine for a new version. He set it up in the store, so upon returning home, all I had to do, was plug it in and within minutes, my internet was back. Kanyon spent alot of time explaining the difference in the 2 versions, and also spent time explaining some of the new phones and watches available. This was by far the best experience ive had at any Tmobile location. Thanks for your time and patience. These days it's hard to find good customer service, and it's appreciated when people like Kanyon take it to the next level.

Informative and very helpful! Went in not sure what I wanted to do. They knew what they were talking about and went over all my options. Happy I stopped in at this location, they took wonderful care of me.

Didn't know how to send back an item

The manager with the glasses is extremely rude!! He told me I couldn’t leave with my phone that day because they have to wait until my payment clears through my bank. And then continued to say some very rude things to me. ( they make money off of phones everyday so me not getting one doesn’t hurt) And This was my home store. I will never go back to them again. So I went to the other T-Mobile location on Main St.( they are wonderful and very nice!!) I walked right out with my phone that day. The man who was helping me said it clears right away so I don’t know what he was talking about. I recommend going to the Main St. Store.

The other employees at that store are great. But the manager was so rude.

I bought my mom a new phone for Christmas. She's been a t-mobile customer for years, yet they refused to help her set it up.
