Newly remodeled! And not just appearance has changed.
I hadn't been in this location for awhile, didn't even realized they'd closed for remodeling. So when I walked in, I was a bit taken aback. COMPLETE interior remodel! And they accounted for social distancing in the layout, adequate space between tables, and included very attractive dividers. It's bright and cheery! And super clean, and it looks like they make an effort to keep it that way between guests.
Instead of the standard all-alike tables, they now have booths alongside the windows -- they have a comfy sofa with a table -- they have regular height tables -- they have a high table with high chairs. It's not just a place to grab a burger, but you can sit and enjoy your food/coffee with a laptop or a book, in comfort. And of course there is WiFi
The ordering counter has changed, and they now have self-service kiosks that are easy to use. The employees were dressed in white shirts and ties, and every one I talked to had a customer-first attitude and was super pleasant. The orders were brought out to the tables, rather than having to carry your own tray, and the manager was out refilling coffee!
If you haven't been there lately, it's worth a visit!

I went on a Sunday morning and it was packed but I got my food super quickly. The breakfast here tastes better than other McDonalds.

Nick was amazing and extremely busy and was always smiling and pleasant. Such a great friendly employee. He's the best!

Food is as McDonald's as any location but the service and cleanliness is above and beyond.

Today it was NOT a five starts experience. As a Saturday evening it was not so busy but our order was not complete. We just stopped for a Happy meal and a couple of drinks. It feels like staff was not in sync and a lot was going on in the back. We ordered inside at the kiosk and that went well. Order took longer than usual and chicken nuggets the happy meal was missing the water bottle and the French fries.
Better next time, I guess.

I just want to say thank you and great job to Perri (Perry?) who was working the drive through tonight and was so kind. Made my night :)

I placed my order on the machine and added extra oreo to my McFlurry. It was the BEST McFlurry I have ever had! The machine was simple for a first timer and the service was super fast and friendly! Great experience! 👍

Every time I am here, the employees do everything they can to make my meal great. So appreciate their efforts!

I ordered through the phone app and picked up the food through the drive through. The order code was accepted and I was able to complete the transaction quickly with no inconvenience. The food was received quickly and there were no errors or missing items.

The burgers were fresh and had a good amount of condiments on them. The chicken nuggets were also fresh and tasty and we received the correct sauces as requested.

This location usually has good service and fast preparation times, and this was no different. Additionally, the phone app has always worked flawlessly and the various options to complete the transaction through the drive through or curbside pickup have been consistently convenient and fast as well. I had no complaints on any part of this transaction.

Great experience. At the pay window the man repeated my entire order to make sure it was correct before taking my money. That was refreshing for him to go that extra mile. The window where you pick up the food was good. The food was fresh, hot and the order was complete. Hats off to the employees.

The manager Jameel is a great guy. My niece threw away her retainer and he helped us search through the garbage and found it for us. So kind, accommodating and professional.

I've been a casual patron of this McDonald's since moving to MG in 2015. Service has always been excellent, today however I had an extended wait in curbside pickup, this as the drive thru was briskly moving. I called the store from my vehicle and they picked up on the 2nd ring (I believe I was talking to a manager). Briefly I explained the situation. The manager seemed a little confused or frustrated but apologize a number of times and said they would take care of it right away. 2-3 minutes later a crew worker was at my car, hot order in hand with more apologizes. As I had been waiting I checked my app order a number of times to confirm a. I had in fact ordered the food, and b. was actually at the right location (yes on both). Overall, I was a really surprised how fast they were able to fix my situation and they where apologetic throughout. Highly recommend and I will continue to rate them 5 stars.

This was a good place to get food. Our Fish Sandwiches were hot. The fish was nice and flaky. The drive through server was very nice and assisted the need to use my deal with my phone app. All around fast, fresh and friendly.

One of the best McDonald's for service and food quality. A step above other local McDonald's in terms of speed of delivery, food freshness and quality. You would think they would all be similar but not really. You can tell this is a superior version.

Nothing to special about our drive thru experience but would like to see this location be open again 24/7. Closes at 10:30-11pm. Other than that, good food, quick service, and friendly staff.

I use the mobile app to order from here. It’s quick and easy. This McDonald’s team is very polite and they deliver as expected. Coffee here is tasty. I say this because the location on 169 and 36th Ave for some reason does not have good coffee.
