This was easily the most pleasant breakfast experience I’ve had in recent years. The staff was so lovely, quick with service, and happy to help with questions about the menu. The food, though, takes the cake above all other aspects. I ordered the avocado toast with an egg and it was perfect. The egg was cooked perfectly, the bread very soft, and the avocado and other vegetables very obviously fresh. The coffee was also delicious. I got the rose latte with oat milk and the espresso was smooth and had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is right inside the Ridge up the stairs from inside or outside. There was no wheelchair accessibility that I could see and it’s street parking. The food was great! I will definitely come back to try coffee. We came right at 2:30 before close so there was only a few other tables. No complaints about any of the dishes we tried, they were all great! Staff was helpful and provided recommendations.

Cozy, comforting, and very soothing environment to enjoy a coffee or a snack or both. Great for unwinding with pleasant company and conversation. This is a wonderful location I. Webster Groves and yet another gem in the STL scene! I love this place! The BALKAN coffee was perfect and both snacks were stupendous! Light yet super-filling!

This little spot is incredible! Service was very fast and friendly. The ambiance was beautiful. The food/drink was delicious!
I had the Hummus Toast and Rose Latte. They both will definitely be reordered! Add an egg to your toast- it was a wonderful suggestion.

Do Telva’s Turkish Eggs think about me too?

But seriously.. I wake up and go to sleep thinking about the delicious Turkish Eggs and all the other incredible food at Telva. The service is great, don’t be intimidated by the line because it moves quickly. The ambiance is fun and be sure to walk off your extra order of Turkish eggs in the nursery below.

Walk ins only but you can order ahead. Parking is street parking.

Did I mention to get the Turkish Eggs? 🤣🫣

Wow! Balkan Treat Box sets a high bar, and Telva meets (maybe even exceeds) it! The tahini sticky bun was unlike anything I've ever had, and I can't stop thinking about it. The Turkish coffee is amazing! I can't wait to come back here!

This was a must-try! I loved the atmosphere here. There’s a cute plant shop downstairs that is fun to browse. There are stairs leading up to the cafe. There was quite a crowd when I went but plenty of seating. Their tables are spread out so it is very comfortable. I enjoyed the avocado toast and cupavac latte I ordered. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it!

We arrived on a Wednesday around 1130 AM. There is a small lot for parking but you’d have better luck on the street. The restaurant shares a space with a botanical store, so there is a ton of greenery around, even indoors. Ordering is done at a counter and the line moves pretty quickly. We ordered the Hummus Tost, Breakfast Sendvic and Parfait as well as a couple lattes. The drinks were full of flavor! We started with the Tost and Sendvic. The Sendvic was just a perfect breakfast sando, classic with egg, cheese and beef sausage, which tasted like a spiced burger. The Hummus Tost was fantastic, the pickled onions add such a brightness to an already flavorful hummus. The superstar was the Parfait. A baklava-inspired dish with a perfect balance of flavors, not too heavy, but sweet and a great dessert! Can’t wait to come back!

First of all, food was phenomenal. We (2 people) had Bosnian Kahva, Eurocrem Latte, Telva Avocado Toast, Tikva Salata, and Cilbir (Turkish Eggs). Ordered and paid at the register, then was served at the table.

It was our first time at the restaurant and eating Turkish food, and I honestly was mind blown. Was so good and their service was just amazing. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely come back next time with my other friends to spread the word.

Highly recommend!

My first experience at Telva was exceptional. From the friendliness of the staff to the relaxing ambiance to the impeccable preparation of my meal, I was nothing short of impressed. I look forward to returning to try more of Telva's offerings! (First visit included the baklava, cilbir, and the Bosnian coffee).

I had the yogurt parfait, and it was light and complex and delicious. My friend had the Turkish Eggs, and she loved them! The service was friendly and helpful, but the atmosphere wins the day! Want to feel cool and hip? Go here!

Our visit to Telva restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. I can’t believe it took us this long to go here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and at ease thanks to the charming mixture of rustic and traditional Bosnian /Turkish decor. The hosts had an easy system in place to avoid long lines! Everything was so smooth! And let's not forget the coffee served in a traditional 'dzezva”. It transported us straight to Sarajevo on Bascarsija Square. Each item we ordered off the menu was mouthwateringly good. However, nothing could prepare us for how breathtakingly scrumptious their assortment of pastries turned out. We are thrilled for the team behind Telva. They have created something extraordinary an enchanting cafe that serves mouthwatering dishes. You guys rock and your hard work is impeccable❤

The food was really good. We went there around noon on Sunday, and it was packed, so we had to wait in a long line, but it didn’t take too much time(about 20 min till we ordered). It was a little too loud for me, (we had to yell at each other to communicate) but it was the busiest time to be fair.

Update 5/21/24:
Came back for breakfast with my DIL this time and it did not disappoint. Lots more tables inside and out. Staff so friendly and helpful. Turkish Eggs, Cheese and Herb Gozleme, breakfast sendvic and lots of treats. Tahini bun, sour cherry scone, baklava, cookies

So love the Balkin Treat Box and read that this was opened. Unfortunately, I didn’t do my research ahead of time and came in the back way and came towards the end of the day when most of the sweets were gone. BUT, I love the orange pistachio, chocolate chunk cookie! I’ve had these at the City SC games and eat them all the time. Also tried the chocolate swirl bread that reminds me of povitica or babka. I didn’t catch the name. It was a little sticky on the outside which made it harder to eat with my fingers. Staff was super nice and quaint restaurant and event space. Will be back to try more breakfast and lunch staples.

Another home run from this crew!!
We ordered:
Bosnian Kahva - wonderful coffee experience with the candy and sugar cube! I will crave this!!
Cortado- perfectly smooth and balanced espresso!!
Breakfast Sendvic with fresh sudzuka - wonderful version of their bread with a seasoned patty, egg, cheese and spread that is here to compete with any breakfast sandwich!
Cilbir (Turkish Eggs) these eggs are probably the best egg dish I have ever had. The chili oil and garlic yogurt I could eat with a spoon and found myself dragging every bit of bread that comes with this dish across the little remnants a of sauce that I had left behind. But I got it all, and almost ordered it again it was so good, and was quickly saddened I had shared this dish.....😮
I will be back to try everything else soon!!

Amazing eats and coffee! Food presentation is top notch, and the atmosphere is botanical / relaxed. Only downfall is the long wait to make your order and get seated.

Loryn Nalic continues to be a gem in St. Louis with this new concept Telva at the Ridge in Webster Groves.

Telva means grounds left at the bottom of the cup. Ask for the fortune telling pamphlet so you can read your grounds.

We had the cilbir, Turkish Eggs, served with garlic yogurt, tomato-chile brown butter and herbs. For

I love Balkan Treat Box and this did not disappoint. The coffee was delicious (black coffee, cortado, and cupavac latte), and I loved all the drinkware it was served in.

The food is so good that it honestly makes me wonder why I ever eat average food. The flavors and textures are spot on. Couldn’t say enough good things about it, and cannot wait to go back. Pictured: Sloppy Mustafa Tost, Cilbir (Turkish Eggs), and Gozleme. They were all excellent and I’d happily order each again, but the Gozleme was my boyfriend and I’s favorite.

Really great experience. Bosnian coffee was delicious and fun. Chocolate povitica and kunefe desserts were very good. Beautiful space. Friendly staff.

Chic breakfast place with pretty unique food choices. We had Sloppy Mustafa Tost - I assume Telva's version of Sloppy Joe, on toasted bread. Tost is not a spelling error, but the way toast is said in Bosnian. The seasoned ground beef on it tasted great.
We also had Greek Avocado Tost and loved it as well.
Americano with an extra shot of espresso was 1st class.
