Spectrum Store

Debbie and Tony were great! I had a phone stolen recently which caused a series of unfortunate events that made it extremely difficult to get my original phone number back before I needed to go to a different country for work. Debbie selflessly spent 3 hours with me (literally) to try to help clear it up. She was calm and kind despite me constantly spiraling into some tears because of the situation. I don't know if people work on commission here, but I kept offering to step aside and let her work with other customers b/c I didn't want her to lose out on whatever she needed to do - but she was selfless and stayed with me so that I didn't have to explain the situation to a bunch of different people each time. After many tries and roadblocks (at no fault to them - it was the way the processing system was working), both her and her co-worker Tony figured out a solution that made everything right! Tony continued to check in with her during the 3 hours and then finally helped deliver the winning solution. It was very kind of him to take the time away from his customers to check in on a fellow co worker and to also help serve me. Debbie and Tony were amazing and I am so grateful for them! Thank you so much!! They literally saved me when I needed my original phone number to get a work group of 47 into another country with work visas that were tied to my phone number. I sincerely hope someone is able to pay forward this kindness to them this season!

So far so good. In store experience right before close was respectful and quick. Phone rep was fast to set me up. Will update if I have issues.

I went to this store after having a terrible phone call with Spectrum and I wish I would have skipped that and came to the store first instead. I worked with David and he was great. He helped me and went above and beyond. I will go here for all of my spectrum needs going forward.

Visited here to swap my iPhone and Samsung S10 from Verizon to Spectrum. The Samsung was easy but the iPhone put up a fight. Dusty had to whisper sweet nothings to make it work. Magic! Also 5 stars to Nick because I said I would! I appreciate both for their tech savviness.

I have tried in two states to get my new phone set up. Because I'm visiting family I went here. Kevin was so helpful and patient, I was blown away. It was very difficult but he didn't give up. Thanks for the great customer service. And thanks again Kevin. 😁

Walked in and saw a ton of costumer's but was helped within 5mins. Exchange my box and left. Quick and easy.

Always great customer service and very fast internet speeds. You always get more than you pay for in speed. If your not, it’s you router NOT their modem.

I was at spectrum store today getting my Wi-Fi and equipment for setting up my TV in our new apartment. Jon Meirink was my sales associate and he was incredibly helpful in so many ways. I could tell that he went out of his way for me to receive the best customer service possible. He assisted me with getting ahold of the right people so I could cancel an order. He then made sure I was successfully disconnected from my old service provider and helped me avoid additional charges. I have honestly never had anyone be that helpful with my cable/internet/phone services before. He goes above and beyond and works for his customers benefit.

It's nice being able to get help in person.

David was a pleasure to work with replacing my phone.

They were eager to be helpful and there was no wait time. Next steps were clear. It was a very effective visit.

I was dealing with my fathers account, I went into the store and Tony helped me get it all straightened out.

He also responded almost immediately to an email I sent asking for some additional information.

Great customer care.

Only challenge for me was that the store was over an hour from home but overall it was a good experience.

Spectrum was always good to my family. No garbage sales ethics.

Worked with David Patterson to get our mobile service activated. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Would definitely recommend working with David!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews . This store and their staff have been super helpful in setting up my phone connection.I had to visit this store more than once which was a slight inconvenience but the staff were professional and super helpful, particularly Kevin.

The whole team here just great people, they care for your needs and you can get a good laugh here too

Wow, do I appreciate your agents at this location in Lakeville. This is the second time picking up equipment after previously moving out of the Lakeville area and now returning and both times I was met with exceptional customer service. Very friendly and even with a lot of customers waiting, they move fast. If you need to pick up equipment this is the location you need to go to hands-down!
