Starbucks

We visited here from Texas, this spot was better than any of the locations in Texas I have ever been to. The girl who helped us was very nice and the cup was 100% full. Most of the time I got a half cup at my residence and that is why I stopped Starbucks and purchased a breville. Absolutely recommend to travelers

PHENOMENAL service at this location. My family and I were traveling here from New Jersey and collect the Starbucks “Been There” mugs. One of the employees went above and beyond for us. There were no mugs outside on the floor display, however she offered to go in the back and look through the boxes to find it for us. Yes, you read that right. She OFFERED!!!! What a nice and pure gesture, especially on thanksgiving when things are busy and it is a holiday when they could have been spending time with their family.

Aside from this extremely kind gesture, the other staff members were extremely kind and gave us exceptional service. Our drinks were ready in a very timely manner and we received service with a smile.

If you are from this area or visiting please do yourself a favor and stop at this location. I was thrilled with my service, and in fact as a traveler I would say this is by far the best Starbucks experience I have ever had.

Outstanding customer service! AnneMarie and Hannah were amazing with taking and preparing our order. After we ordered the wrong items, they graciously remade our drinks with smiles on their faces and no complaints. Another young lady whose name I didn’t catch came outside to bring us the new drinks. Not to mention that they tasted soooo good! This was our first time at this Starbucks location, and I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family!

Always great service! I find it easier and quicker to order through the app and pick it up! My go to is always a iced chia latte with sweet cream cold foam! It’s the perfect pickmeup!

First time at Starbucks and the drive-thru; wide selection of drinks. We ordered a strawberry something which was delicious. Employees were very friendly. Delightful really.

Walked through the door was greeted with great customer service place was clean cool and no odd smells drinks were delicious 😋 all in all a great Experience

I love it here so much. I get a drink from here often once or twice a day and the staff is very friendly! However I do work here so that makes sense 😂! If you’re a regular customer and you’re seeing this review I just wanted to say I love you guys so much! It’s so wonderful seeing your beautiful faces all the time and getting to learn your drink orders. Thank you guys for being so patient with us as we grow with you!

I had a lovely experience today :D, the drive thru order taker was very kind and patient with me. The only issue I had was the bread was toasted a little too long, my husbands pita bread was really hard. I do understand that pita bread alone is tough bread but his was rock hard. Other than that I have had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back again!! <3

5 stars because the coffee is good. I go every morning. My order is always right. It has only been wrong once or twice when they first opened.

However, it’s always closed. Closes at 10:30am because of staffing issue. They fired all of the old staff when they were open the full schedule. I don’t know why they fired them. They were polite, quick, and got my order right.

Half the people in Vicksburg were already bashing Starbucks on social media before they even opened because it’s not a locally owned business. Starbucks will probably close now because they can’t find anyone to work here.

I went through for the first time yesterday morning. The young man ringing me up was very sweet. My card wasn’t reading and he was prepared to go through all the annoying steps to make my card work, I just gave him a different card but the fact he was willing to do all that was so nice. I had great coffee and food. I’ll be driving through again once I leave my shift 6am! Ah, so glad to finally have a Starbucks in Vicksburg.

Drive through employees are always in a good mood. Woman at the window drew a cute red apple on the lid of my 3-year-old's hot chocolate at my request because he asked me to get him some "apple coffee". 😂 The service here has been pretty refreshing after the bad attitudes you get almost everywhere else in Vicksburg.

Awesome, well-run Starbucks!
We stopped here after a late afternoon lunch at Chic Fil A next door as I needed "real" coffee not from a gas station or fast food place and it was late afternoon. Being coffee-deprived, I drove across the street and went inside and requested "2 large Pike's Roast). The young man was busy but stopped and promptly took my order and accepted payment from the app on my phone. He quickly mentioned that it would be a few minutes to brew a fresh pot as he dumped out the older stuff.
I thanked him for doing this and my day became much brighter as a result.
I cannot recall how often I receive lukewarm or stale coffee from Starbucks if I go in the afternoon and I go often at that time. Not sure why Starbucks does not train their staff to ensure the coffee is fresh and hot, not lukewarm or stale for late afternoon customers.
We also needed a restroom break and both myself and wife noted the spotless restrooms and clean facility and lot.

Once again, thank you to the young man and the management at this Starbucks.

I just want to say that I am in love with the Starbucks in Vicksburg!! You guys are awesome and my drinks were SPOT ON, looked exactly how it did on TikTok! Also a huge thanks to Anne, Jayy, and Quin for their customer service, the whole team is great but they really stood out to me ! Great communication and I did not wait long at all! You guys continue to deliver greatness!

Freshly opened so still working out all the kinks, but overall I can't complain. I've gotten a variety of items that remain consistent. Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Will return for sure!

Much better than the local shop next door. Usually I am anti large business, but during a global pandemic one can be assured that the Starbucks in a town will have a mask policy. Additionally, the cafe next door did not know how to make an iced latte correctly (seems they extract the espresso directly over ice, resulting in a watery drink. Also they asked me if I would like cold brew instead of espresso for my iced latte?). At Starbucks you can at least expect standard cafe drinks to be done correctly.

I took my grand daughter for her first Frappuccino. She had a Vanilla bean and Caramel while I had a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Both were excellent!

They were very busy but handled my order perfectly.

They’ve gotten a lot faster than they were when it first opened. I come here all the time and it’s great. Order ahead with the mobile app to have it even faster. Good stuff
