I shopped here just to grab a few things my five year old daughter would like. The lady who worked behind the counter took the time to come assist us or watch us—doesn’t matter to me if the person is helping and watching it’s a small store I understand. But we had a really good experience with her assisting my daughter with buying some gloves. It feels good not to go into a store where everything is locked behind plastic cabinets with locks. My daughter was born in Florida and I was born in Brooklyn and our generations are so far apart because I’m a older parent but I felt warm like I did growing up before all the plastic cabinets.

Incredibly disorganized - couldn’t get my Rx. I spoke to the pharmacist 10 minutes before close on a Tuesday, they were short on my Rx but they had just enough to fill one more (“great!” he said he was filling my Rx “right now” and I could come by then (“I can stay for you to get here”) or first thing in the morning. I go by this morning (Wednesday) and a different pharmacist tells me she just received my Rx “this morning and it’s out of stock. My Rx is on back order.” When I inquire and explain the whole conversation and clearly the confusion (maybe he set the Rx aside?) she didn’t even take a second to try to see what could have happened. I called 5 different pharmacies to check stock and I Literally traveled specifically to that pharmacy based on a conversation and she acted like I made up the entire thing!

How the pharmacy could go from “yea, this is our last Rx. I’ll fill it now, i can stay here for a few minutes if you want to come by before we close” to literally the next morning “oh this medicine is on back order and I’m only now seeing your Rx come in this morning. We can’t fill this” is confusing, unprofessional, and infuriating.

These people are a bunch of get overs I wish I didn’t even have to give one star they charged me out of pocket cost for my meds me having full insurance coverage and than when I caught them in there own lie asked for them to call the insurance they told me to look for services somewhere else I sure did and paid nothing for my meds these people are full of s*#t.
