I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Home Depot in Manhattan, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location itself is convenient, nestled in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible.
The customer service at this Home Depot is outstanding. The staff in Manhattan went above and beyond to assist me, providing valuable insights and helping me navigate the aisles with ease. Their friendly and approachable demeanor truly enhanced my shopping experience.
What sets this Home Depot apart is the fantastic team in Manhattan. They not only know their products inside out but also take the time to understand your specific needs, ensuring you find exactly what you're looking for.
If you're in Manhattan and in need of home improvement supplies, I highly recommend checking out this Home Depot. It's a one-stop-shop with excellent customer service, making it my go-to destination for all things home improvement.

This Home Depot location is larger than the one on 23rd St., and as a result they have a larger selection of most types of material. I usually make the trip to this location when the 23rd St. one doesn't have what I need.

Note that it's easy to miss the entrance to this location. There's no overhanging signage and it's not well lit at night.

Like the 23rd St. location, every time I've visited they've always found expert staff who can answer just about any question and recommend the best type of material for particular projects I've described in detail.

The checkout area is a bit small, but that doesn't quite qualify as an issue. It's just challenging to negotiate the checkout if you have many large items on a dolly.

Since there are few other stores in Manhattan that can match the amount of inventory this Home Depot has, and I've always encountered expert help, giving this location five stars is a no-brainer.

Came in two weeks ago to purchase an AC. Met Mr Ari who was friendly and took time to explain installation and products. He then introduced me to Mr Jamel who further assisted me. Came back next day to purchase and self transport my new AC home. Mr Jamel and Mr. Ari were very helpful, friendly and professional. My experience was great.I would definitely shop at the Home Depot again.

Home Depot is a really great store. Everyone is very, very helpful , knowledgeable, and polite! It is safe to say that this culture of taking great care of the customers goes around any locations I have visited by now.
Besides the impeccable service, the vast of the stores are very well supplied, I do not remember the instance that they are missing on something I am looking for.

Claire, Charmaine, and Alice were soooo helpful in the plant department!! They helped me pick the right pots and hooks to ensure my plants weren’t falling. Such wonderful staff!!

Great experience at this store. The assortment is extensive especially for a local store in Manhattan. The employees - every single one - asked me whether I could find everything ok. They are knowledgeable about the products and even offered to help me carry a heavy item to the cab. Only minis would be no wireless payment like Apple Pay. Keep it up on the human touch, care for customers and expertise.

I accidentally went to this Home Depot instead of the one in Chelsea for my order pick up BUT the team at customer service was amazing and quickly collected the items I purchased for me to complete the pick up there.
Jamel, Shamar, and Whitney were super helpful and accommodating when they certainly didn’t have to be. They had a great attitude throughout the interaction and were the utmost pleasant. 10/10 best customer service I’ve received from a Home Depot. I will be back!

The Customer Service is so Great in this store! Shaniece is one of the Managers and she was so helpful to me. She stayed with me while I decided what I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Managers like her make me want to come back.

Home Depot has the best house plants .

The staff here are so helpful. I also want to shout out to the packing department for bundling my moving boxes together so that I could carry them.

Wanna give a huge shout out to Bryan from tools or lighting, not sure. He helped me out a lot. I needed a specific mr16 low voltage lightbulb and he was not only patient but very knowledgeable. I was also looking to replace an European screw that I couldn't find online and all he did was take a quick glance at the screw and he immediately gave me an exact replacement. Insane. He didn't even measure it he just opened the drawer and gave me the exact screw I was holding. Can't believe this. While I had him, I asked a few more questions about miscellaneous household items and he knew where every single one was located at. We need more people like him. Thank you Bryan.

I absolutely adore this location, The staff is always helpful, and I always find the check out whether It is self service or regular extremely efficient. The plant and flower selection is amazing, For such a smaller store.. I bypass the huge home depot. That's just 4 blocks away from where I live and take the train 10 minutes to go to this location because it's just so great.

Excellent customer service! Thanks everyone. :) downstairs staff isn’t outgoing but if you ask them for help, they will definitely help you! I found everything I needed here (new toilet seat & air purifier). Not sure if there’s parking so take a cab or other form of ride share. They will also help you with your bags on the way out! Best Home Depot ever!!! They have everything; fully stocked storage items, cleaning supplies, and paper products at excellent prices. They definitely know the NYC market, as they have so much of everything you need in the city. Al was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. Excellent job, I’ll be returning!

A great store with a large selection of hardware and household items.

Nice displays of countertops. Was great to see it in person. Sometimes a small sample piece doesn’t work

i got a good deal on a GE stove and refrigerator on the black friday sale the appliance specialist simone was very helpful and nice
