Sam's Club Cafe

The food is very reasonably priced. I love the kiosk ordering system, the menu is simple. Great food! My girlfriend and I ate a decent sized lunch with drinks and FroYo for under $8

Horrible service. Second time coming and service has been sooo slow at the café. It’s always two workers and long lines. No food ready. If they need help, a now housing sign would be great. I know plenty of ppl looking for work.

Get a row of kiosks already! 15 ppl waiting in line that isn't moving. Tried to phone order in to pick up after shopping, and it kept ringing and hung up. No whole pizzas! What's the difference between a box of slices and a whole pizza, besides the $5 upcharge? It's not like pizzas are made by the slice. 4 other people in line voiced this was not the first time.

Over 30 minutes to order, 1 hour to receive entire order, the self serve station was out of several condiments, the restroom needed attention, and the line to leave the store was almost to the bathrooms (length of the warehouse).

The 2 women working there are so disorganized and slow they prioritize the “order here” line even thought “scan and go” people that have ordered ahead what’s the point of it if they don’t even start the order until we pull up we only got one whole pizza and the pizza it’s self was mid almost no meat even though we ordered a 4 meat pizza

The food is cheap and decent. However, don’t bother getting in line if there’s more than two people already there unless you have ample time to waste. This has to be the slowest snack bar I’ve seen in my life! It’s like none of the employees working behind the counter care at all. They all move at a snail’s pace regardless of how many people are waiting. It has been like this every time I’ve busted the club.

food is really good but unfortunately i don't think it's worth it for how slow the employees are at taking orders.

Been standing in line for over 30 minutes now. It’s incredible how slow the line moves! Should’ve read the reviews earlier.
