Pet Supplies Plus Murrells Inlet

This was my first time in Pet Supplies Plus at the Murrells Inlet location. I had visited the Goose Creek location on many occasions when visiting my daughter, and had the pleasure of meeting Lori, who assisted me with a harness for my new puppy.
Fast forward, my little guy finally out grew his harness. I was in the Myrtle Beach area running errands when I needed to pick up a new harness....not for one this time, but TWO pups, so I went to PetSmart. Not a good idea! I was horribly disappointed with their selection. So I thought of Pet Supplies Plus where I originally bought his harness and decided to try the Murrells Inlet location. I was not disappointed! I actually purchased a few harnesses for both pups. I did note that the Kongs were considerably less expensive at Pet Supplies Plus than the ones at PetSmart. A photo of my receipt from Petsmart will reflect this, as well as a photo of Pet Supplies Plus Kongs.
The staff was superb! The store was clean and well organized. I will travel the extra distance to Pet Supplies Plus, versus the big name chain.

Taylor always takes such great care of my goldendoodles and this grooming she again went above and beyond to treat my dogs wonderfully. They are so handsome. They are cared for with love the entire time with her. Taylor is the best!

Pet Supplies Plus is my go-to pet store in my area. Having 5 cats requires different foods, and this store supplies most of their needs. I regularly receive coupons that helps so much. I just wish their rewards programs was more streamlined, like PetSmart. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the store.

Almost every time I’m greeted and offered assistance if needed as I walk in (with the exception of clerk waiting on another customer, but even then usually greeted). I’m on the mailing list and get monthly coupons for great savings along with many items that often go on sale. Location also 👍🏻👍🏻. Highly recommend! 🐾

I have had issues in the past with this location, whether it b a lack of supplies or knowledge of product, but the staff has always listened to my issues. I love their efforts in rehoming kitties that r the Best!!

Easily one of my favorite pet stores in the area. Staff is nice, animals all have good husbandry and the prices are really good compared to other local stores.

Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, and shares what they use and buy for their own pets. They have helped me choose foods and supplements that I would not have considered, and it has made a noticeable difference for my fur babies' health.

Love pets supplies! I would do all my pet shopping if they had feeder mice, other than that I do everything else here! Love y'all 💞

I went in with a specific question about Skinny Pigs (aka Hairless Guinea pig) and I was told to speak with Ryan. Ryan was very knowledgeable about skinny pigs and told me more than a big brand pet store ever did. I also found out from Ryan that Guinea pigs, all of them, are herd animals and do better with a companion instead of being alone...did you know that??? With the help of Ryan and Megan, who directed me to her coworker, I highly recommend you stop here first before heading to the big brand pet store....I know I will be going there for all my skinny pig and cat needs... thanks Ryan and Megan!

Had to get two dog collars. Didn't have the dogs with me, only a collar. And also one hardness.
Customer service was great. Thank goodness because she found the right sizes !!!

I love coming here and so do my dogs! They always run great deals on my dogs food, the grooming is fantastic & they always have time when i stop in just for a nail trim, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is always extremely friendly! They always host super cute events as well :)
