Soufflé has got to be one of the best breakfast spots in Cibolo. Everything we ordered was excellent! I especially loved their home fries. The Crème Brûlée latte wasn’t too sweet but extremely balanced. Overall a good experience, we will be back!

First time here, visited because of high reviews and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the avocado toast and potatoes with a medium vanilla latte. The toast has a glaze that is just delicious and meshes well with everything! Though it took a while for food to come out, everyone was friendly and courteous and the food was super fresh.

Amazing place, great coffee, fantastic breakfast and good prices, Suli’s service and attention was above expectations. The attention to details in the food is the best in the area. This is our new breakfast place for sure. Please try the green juice, I actually don’t like green juices regularly but this one changed my mind.

This place is simple, and simply perfection.. everything from the crispy bacon to the perfectly cooked potatoes! My wife had the grilled chicken and rice plate and it was seasoned perfectly! The smoothie bowl was fresh and creamy. Nothing crazy just done right on all levels. Service and price is on point! We'll definitely be back to support this family owned spot!

Amazing. I'm not sure why it took me so long to eat here, but it was delicious! We tried the avocado toast, omelette with fried potatoes, and eggs Benedict with fried potatoes. We also tried their pastelon empanada. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Very delicious food. I got the soufflé burger with caramel iced coffee. My kiddo got the cheese pizza. We loved it! We are from Colorado so we won’t be back for quite a while, but we will visit every time we come back to San Antonio! Wonderful!

Wow wow wow! This brunch spot is absolutely stunning. Came on a Saturday morning around 9:30am and we were sat immediately, very few tables were open so there was definitely a good crowd. The menu looks simple, but the flavors are rich and complex. Get the French toast, if you like a citrus flavor, you want this. The breakfast sandwich was perfect for a good savory dish. The food is plentiful and the drinks are so fun. I definitely gave the waitress a couple "oohs" and "ahhs" when we were brought our orders. The restaurant itself is smaller, but it's very cozy and comfortable. Definitely a hidden gem in Cibolo, I am already dreaming about returning here for lunch!

This place!!! I love it. A simple menu, delicious perfect sized portioned plates. . . The creme brûlée coffee is top notch. I’m not a fan of sugary coffees, but this was delightful! Will definitely be coming again!

You know those restaurants that have delicious coffee and food that you can't get enough of? This place checks that box. The staff was so friendly and we enjoyed our visit immensely. It's not a large restaurant but they sure serve food that tastes better than a lot of other places. The empanadas de pastelon are delicious and the breakfast choices are just as good. The French toast has a yummy vanilla citrus sauce that we enjoyed and the breakfast tacos and potatoes were great. We're going back for the lunch and dinner options as well. Give them a try! 💯

This spot is legit! Coffee is really good. Food was perfect comfort brunch food. Definitely coming back!

This was my first time at Souffle Cafe & Bistro, we had a great experience, excellent service, fresh and delicious food. The pancakes, bacon, potatoes were so tasty, delightful. I will definitely go back.

We had a nice brunch at Souffle Cafe & Bistro. There is plenty of parking and there was no wait at the cafe. There were high chairs for little ones and the menu had tons of options. All of the food was tasty and everything they brought out of the kitchen looked great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice, quiet breakfast brunch in a pleasant atmosphere in Schertz/Cibolo!

Delighted to share my experience at Soufflé Cafe and Bistro – a charming gem nestled off 1103. Despite its petite interior, the cafe offers a cozy ambiance with a few inviting outdoor tables. The staff exudes warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Our culinary journey included the waffle latte, iced matcha, Belgian waffle, French toast, and home fries.

Upon arrival, our drinks stole the spotlight. The waffle latte, a visual delight, proved equally pleasing to the palate. Yet, its decadence necessitated an extra plate, given the delightful chaos of whipped cream and caramel. Despite the mess, the flavors were so exquisite that a repeat order is inevitable. The iced matcha latte showcased expert craftsmanship, striking a perfect balance.

Moving on to the culinary delights, each dish was a testament to the chef’s expertise. The Belgian waffle achieved optimal crispness, the French toast was simply divine, and even the home fries stood out with their impeccable seasoning and crisp texture. The presentation was impeccable, elevating the entire dining experience.

Although the waffle latte’s indulgence demands a bit of cleanup, the overall excellence of Soufflé Cafe and Bistro makes it the reigning champion for sit-down breakfast in Schertz/Cibolo. In my opinion, this establishment stands head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommended for a breakfast experience that seamlessly blends taste, presentation, and atmosphere.

Checked out this cafe for the first time about 3 weeks ago and loved it. The food and lattes that I've tried have not only looked good, but were equally delicious. I've already been back a second time and will definitely visit regularly

Tried out Soufflé cafe & Bistro in Cibolo today for the 1st time.
We had the affogata and creme brule latte to start...both were delicious.
I saw a picture of the chicken quesadillas on Google and instantly wanted lunch, even though it was 9am.
Our server said that was no problem and she brought out some of the most delicious quesadillas ever. I forgot to take a pic so I used one the restaurant has posted. Mine looked almost exactly the same tho.
My husband had the breakfast tacos that were kind of like a trashcan taco (eggs, potatoes, cheese, jalapeños, sausage, scallions, etc) and with every bite you can taste all of the different flavors.
It may be a small place but the flavors are huge and service was outstanding. We will definitely return!

Our first time- we went off of others good reviews AND the hubby looking for good pancakes. We hit a gold mine! Hubby's pancakes were fluffy and good he said. He added eggs and bacon and he ate every single bite! I asked our waitress her favorite and she recommended the Chimi Sandwich. Boy it was so tasty. More like a hamburger, so thick and tasty!! Fries are shoe string style, fresh hot and crunchy in the right ways. We can't wait to back to try more things from their yummy sounding menu! And they have a patio for when it's not blazing hot out!

Second time this week coming for brunch. Amazing food and coffee, perfect amount of food, lots of Caribbean food choices. Haven’t tried their lunch/dinner options yet but it definitely looks good.

I love this place. It’s my favorite after church brunch location. The creme brulee latte, belgium waffle, and french toast are my favorites. Don’t snooze on the chimi sandwich, it’s also tasty. My latest visit on Easter I got their blueberry pancake special. It was almost too pretty to eat.

Best turkey sandwich ever! It's a must-have when I go. I have had the beef tacos, which are also great. My kids love the burger. So you can't go wrong with anything you order. And the BLT is very very yummy.
