McDonald's

Located within the Pilot Travel Center ... Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and efficient service. They allow you to sit and wait in the dining room without any fuss which is nice. Had a very long layover waiting for a Greyhound connection and I wasn't bothered once. Unlimited free refills.

This is a top notch McDonalds right in the midst of a big tourist area. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and well serviced. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is because the do not have free refills... That is not the McDonald's way.

Super fast service. Your only chance to take food if you're travelling by greyhound like me from stl to dtw. Very cooperative staff and very clean washrooms. Also great food!

There was a cute girl working the drive through looking at me with wide eyes like she was attracted to me so I’m leaving this review in hopes that maybe someone from the restaurant sees this and can maybe tell whomever was the girl in the window at about 12:45 on March 9th, 2024 to find me lol

I just want to point out that I'm giving the food a low rating because it's McDonald's. It's not that the food was bad by any means. It was served to me as the company designed it to be.

I stopped here on my way through the state for some ice cream. They were very busy so it took a little longer than I thought, but that wasn't their fault. I seen the lines and I know they were working as hard and as fast as they could. The new mcflurry was what I got and it was amazing considering it's hotter than the nth circle down there

Fresh fish sandwich. Clean floors. Good service . They even went the extra step and brought me my food on a tray and brought me the missing Sauces.

Went here during 3rd shift hours. Good service. Clean place with mcdonalds breakfast.

The ice cream machine was operational, and that is unusual. The staff were nice. And the food was hot and quick.

This mcds is a great drive thru, but don't go in. The nature of their business makes the whole going in experience painful. They have ordering kiosks, and the front counter is generally deserted to support the drive thru. The drive thru and mobile ordering is always on point though! Super fast turn around. Food is fresh, and we've never had a wrong order. Staff is always friendly at all hours, and we've come thru at some weird times.

It's a good place to get some meals and rest on the place

Today 3/25/22 around 6pm I stopped at this McDonald’s, after I ordered my food an elderly homeless gentleman that was recently released from the hospital came in and asked if there was anything he could do for a burger, without hesitation the manager came up front and paid for a burger with his own money! I didn’t get the managers name but if you see this just know you made that man’s week! I took him through pilot to pick out some drinks and snacks to take with him as he cried happy tears that you cared enough to pay for his food! He said he came in there fully expecting to be kicked out,He was truly thankful!

Trucker here...Stopped here to fuel at the pilot, so I went into McDonald's for breakfast. The cashier/hostess was super friendly, upbeat and welcoming. **She got my order spot on my receipt...and I heard her double check when she went to the back. ** The next test came when I opened my bag in the truck for me and my partner. The food was cooked properly and was made RIGHT. My cheese was even gooey on my egg mcmuffin. I wish more McDonald's hired people like the workers that were present this morning!!!! A+++ & 5 stars from me.

Never been here during lunch or evening hours, so I can not say how the next shift fairs.

DID LIKE THE WAY MY FOOD CAME OUT

I had stopped eating at McDonald's for months because I was tired of how bad the service was and how dried the food was I gave up but I showed up here today and I said let me give it one more try. We'll I have to say I have never been so excited about McDonald's since I was a kid the fires were fresh the burger was fresh the service was fast the whole place was clean and all the employees were busy doing something! I have to say I wish all the McDonald's were like this place thank you to everyone there for making this a great experience for me today and keep up the good work I appreciate everything you all do especially in this day and age with all that is going on in the world Thank you!

Finally a McDonald's that gets your order right and the food is hot. Yes it was a very long wait but when it's the only place open to get food in town. Customer service though he was very excausted he was very respectful. Props to this location. Keep up the great work.

We were on a road trip this was 1st of 2 McDonald's we ate at and was by far the best. Was it perfect, no but people were friendly and I would stop here again on another road trip!
