I stopped by AutoZone to replace my right low beam bulb. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and assisted rather quickly. Paul took a look at the bulb in my car and was able to get it working without changing it. Thank you, Sir! This store has great customer service!

Wow! What great service from James and on Christmas eve morning! My battery was dead, had it charged to get here, and he's out changing it for me. Talking with Julius behind the counter meanwhile and he's just as nice. This is a great place with great staff and service and as a female this brings me tremendous comfort as they treated me so well. Thank you!

Brought in a dead battery. There was a lot of corrosion on it and it was very cold outside. Julius patiently worked on removing the corrosion from the battery and replaced it with a new battery. A+

I had a great experience here! I came in with a battery issue and JP got me fixed up in no time. My battery was bad and I was able to get a new one and get it installed right away. Thanks JP for the efficient and thorough work. He was also able to spot that I had no antifreeze so I also stocked up on that! Definitely recommend this place. (:

Kevin was very helpful and friendly in helping me with the purchase and replacing a new battery. Always nice when a sales person is pleasant when they are helping customers. Did not get the same helpfulness when I called O'Reilly to inquire. Service person said he didn't think he could do it. AutoZone on Hughs Rd in Madison certainly has my business from now on!

Ask them to do a check on an error light on my car. They were able to look at it immediately. Very helpful.

Brought in my used motor oil after myself oil change, they took it right at the counter, unlike some other auto parts(down the street) place that they escort you back to the recycle oil tank and make you dump out the oil. One oil change under the car is enough for me, not two.

I like the service they provide for oil recycling, will come here anytime I change my oil.

Amazing experience . JP helped us out in a bind. My moms car battery died , we went to another place first that was unable to help . These guys got us right in . So friendly , fast efficient and knowledgeable.

Just stopped for a headlight bulb replacement…. Paul Q saved the day…. Quickly found which part I needed and then he installed it. He wouldn’t accept a tip- so here I am. Service sucks almost everywhere- but, not here. Thank you so very much!

Awesome service. The mechanics changed tye battery in my 2016 Escalade for me. I have been coming here 20 years and I have always had great service at this location.

Usually a very good place to get parts for a good price. I say usually because it also depends on time of day that you're there. In the afternoon the staff is limited and the stores are busier than the rest of the day. Note to the upper management, from a former employee: this makes absolutely no sense. And they also usually put their least experienced employees or not as knowledgeable employees on those shifts too. But that's almost every parts store.
