T-Mobile Experience Store

Awesome location to work with! Derek and Alexis are great to work with. More than happy with my experience.

The manager was very helpful in helping with a customer service issue I had over the phone. I was able to get what I needed to ship equipment back to T-Mobile. The over-the-phone customer service agent was very rude to me and the staff at the Madison T-Mobile store.

We had an amazing experience at this location. Nathan was superior with his customer service. He made sure we were 100% informed with every detail and catered to all of our needs. He is definitely someone that should be in management. He is definitely a leader in his role and presents 5 star hospitality and empathy.

06-2023More pleasant visit than previous trips to T-MOBILE in the... they didn't have the phone in stock that I wanted, hence only 4 stars... one employee helped me. She answered all of my questions in a very timely and professional manner. I believe her name was [Tarah. (spelling)]

Rod was awesome! He took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed and explained things in super simple terms. Super friendly and clean! This will definitely be my store of choice!

I'm not one to change phones every year and usually keep one until it reaches the end of its life cycle. The Galaxy S8 that I had was no exception. Today I picked up an A54 and Ty was so very helpful. She switched everything for me, even stayed a bit past her shift to do so. Many thanks! Made a "stressful" situation a lot easier.

I was at the T-Mobile store in Madison Alabama on 11/1/2022. I had excellent service from
Nathan Woodard. I was having a problem with my Apple Watch and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. I also asked him questions about other products and he was very knowledgeable about them all.
I have been a WOW and ATT customer for many years. I’m going to stitch everything over to T-Mobil.

I recently switched our 5 lines from AT&T to T-MOBILE. The T-MOBILE representative understood and explained each plan, as well as the steps required to port our phones to
T-MOBLE, including how the AT&T’s side works. He was honest, professional, and courteous. It was refreshing after dealing with AT&T for years. Additionally, we will save approximately $1,000 per year.

The Employee rocked at attending to us, especially since they were extremely busy. We had to wait a bit but, we weren't in any hurry. We'd been to Athens and they were out of the phones we needed so we headed to Madison.

Fantastic customer service!! I got a new phone and service I'm in love with PLUS a really fun experience that left me smiling. Perfect fit all the way around!

switched from 7 years with Verizon to t-mobile... as retired folks monthly out put is important...Verizon lower our cost by $20, but switching to tmobile our monthly savings are now $130 less than before. A good move fir us

Went in because I was seeing issues with my plan and Rod was able to walk me through what each line had and even let me know one of my phones didn't have the correct options and I had 2 lines on there that I thought had been taken off. I had even called into customer support and they weren't near as helpful as Rod was. Thank you so much for your assistance and if you go see if Rod is working.

Definitely ask for Rod! He is the absolute best. His customer service goes above and beyond. I have been in this particular store numerous times and have dealt with other associates. Rod is my favorite, hands down. I went in today after worrying all night that I would have to replace my phone or do a hard reset and lose everything. Rod happily greeted me, heard my sad story, and had my phone fixed and I was out the door in less than three minutes. He knew exactly what was going on with my phone and how to fix it that fast. If you have to make an appointment, make sure it's with him. Or maybe you'll be lucky enough to have him help you if you just walk in!

Rod is the man to see if going to this store! I recently had busted the screen on my old phone and decided to give T mobile a try, I was greeted with great customer service, Rod helped fix me up with a good new phone at a decent price. The people here are very helpful and just awesome!

Have been to the store twice this week - 2 sim cards and a plan change - and was helped by Jasmine & Rod. They were very helpful, polite/courteous, knowledgeable, patient with us we asked questions, and were a pleasure to visit with. Rod suggested a plan to help save us some money and helped sort out the initial billing. I have been to stores like this for other carriers and in other cities over the years and never had as good of an experience as we have had here - wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I wish T mobile will bring back the kiosk payment machined like Verizon has. . It's very convenient and faster than waiting on an agent just to pay your bill. Other than that T mobile is the best..

I wanted to change my phone plan and in order to do so, I had to get a new SIM card, requiring me to visit the store. Long story short, my number wasn’t porting, Junior had two phones on hold with customer service, calling and messaging other people to try & get my phone back up before they closed at 8:00. At 7:35, I told him I’d survive without my phone for a night & went home. Phone was finally working at 9:00 the next day (and yes! I survived!). Junior called when he got in to work to verify the phone was in working order. He was so patient & I just want to thank him for all his help.

The best help you can imagine! Nathan(expert) and Braxton(associate) are absolutely phenomenal mobile experts and associates! The clarity they speak with and the patience they use made my experience great. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, All that stuff!! Thank you Nathan and Braxton!!
