I went in needing struts for my car. Bill checked on price and availability. He said he would have to order them, wouldn't get them in until next week, 5 days out. At this point I'm debating on what I should do. He explained a few things to me and suggested that I take my car to a shop and have them see exactly what parts I would need so I didn't order or spend more than I needed to.
Long story short, Bill's suggestion saved me about $400 (cha-ching)
I am so grateful that he was genuine with me and with his suggestion.

My 17 year old daughter had a flat and didn't know what to do. An employee by the name of Alex came out and helped her take the tire off. After we got a new one, Alex put the tire back on. I tried giving Alex a $20 bill and he refused. He said, "I watched my dad and grandpa help people all the time, and I already had the tools so why not help out." Kudos to you Alex and thank you very much!

Went in yesterday to get some things to re-wire a 16ft trailer. Daniel was so helpful in getting me the things I needed. I was short on some wire and called this morning to ask about some more wire and Cameron knew exactly was I was looking for. Went in and went straight to it. Thank you guys so much for all you help. All lights are hooked up and working.

These people are utterly fantastic, I am not a "car person" I had the wheel bearing go out in my truck, I spent a couple of hours in their parking lot doing repairs, they were more than helpful, made sure I had the right parts, gave much needed advice, loaned me tools I needed, even had a helpful customer come out and help me, I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and people that work there!

I’ve been going to O’reilly for a long time. Have tried other parts stores & they don’t even come close to being helpful or courteous as O’reilly staff is. Very helpful & knowledgeable on auto & truck parts. Yes sometimes you might get the wrong part but I’ve never had any problems with them about making it right. After all they’re only human & we all make mistakes at times. Some people that are wanting to buy a part & don’t have very much info to give the people waiting on them so at times it’s a guessing game for them but I can honestly say they have a very good attitude & want the customer to be happy. I recommend O’reilly highly for your auto, truck needs.

I get treated very good by everybody at this store, here lately I've been buying a lot of parts been well taken care of even though one gentleman did some of the wrong headlights and did exchange them with no problem but I feel that these people here at this O'Reilly is very knowledgeable and if they don't know they will find out
