Every time I go there, everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY. But today, when I picked up my online order, there was a handwritten note. That just lets me know that there are people there who care about the people they’re serving.
I read some reviews saying that they gave less than 5 stars because people steered them in the wrong direction or didn’t know what they were talking about. While that’s a good thing to speak on, I feel like at a RETAIL STORE, the focus should be on customer service.
Sorry to see this store is averaging 3.9 stars at the time of my review.

Went in looking for something to stop the brassiness in my hair. Octavia quickly saw me looking around lost, and suggested the best products in my price range! She is amazing.

Love Gina! Not only is she beautiful, she’s so attentive the moment you walk in. She’s SO helpful, and very honest. She has given me so much advice on my hair color choices, what works and what doesn’t work. And there’s no pressure for add ons, when she advises either colour booster, grey hair reducer (she’s so genuine there’s no way you are walking out that store without her suggestions) . She’s just amazing. And I hope she is recognized by her employer, because good employees are hard to find today.

Amber is the reason for 5 star. I explained what I was trying to do with my hair, she listened, suggested and my hair turned out great. I had a smile from ear to ear and I would ask for her specifically she knows her products, I feel she genuinely wants to help.

Tonight I went into Sally's wanting to change up my hair color a little bit. One of the customer service reps is a hairdresser, so really knows what she's doing! I got excellent advice on which colors to use and even what developer to use! When going there for hair color, be sure to ask for the hairdresser! Can't remember her name...sorry!

The person who helped me pick out some gels the other day was so lovely. Eyeliner wings also on point!

Great shopping experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs will be going back.

They had all the products I was looking for including a comb with some weight to it.
