Savannah went above & beyond with customer service today when I brought my grandma’s rings in to create a custom piece. The atmosphere of the jewelry store and helpfulness of the other workers was exceptional. I will return for other purchases and recommend others here. I couldn’t be more impressed with Necker’s Jewelers. Definitely the best service in the Midwest!

Despite being a bit out of the way for the Quad Cities, Neckers is the best jewelry store in the area. Their staff’s knowledge is impressive, providing insights into each piece’s quality and craftsmanship. The jewelry selection is top-notch, offering something for every taste, including more contemporary pieces that other stores in the area struggle to keep up with in terms of trendiness.

What really stands out is the staff’s kindness and willingness to help, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend making the trip to Neckers for anyone seeking quality jewelry and excellent service.

I went to Neckers in DeWitt looking for an anniversary present for my wife of ten years. Savannah helped me and my daughters find the perfect gift. We came to pick up the gift a couple days later and got my daughters ears pierced as well. Savannah and another girl there were so patient and nice to my girls, working with them both to overcome their nervousness. I couldn't have been more happy with the personable service and fantastic staff here.

I have taken Necker's a handful of family heirlooms to swap diamonds from pendants to rings, and they have all been amazing. Their prices are good and their turn around time is quick. Their jeweler takes note of the details in each piece, even securing some loose diamonds I wasn't aware of. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I have pieces from big chains like Kay's and Helzberg and I dread going into those locations for annual maintenance, but I always love stopping at Necker's every couple months to see what's new. Definitely beats the competitors in knowledge, price and service. It's also a plus that sometimes I catch their jeweler on site when I stop, you get answers immediately.

I have had an amazing experience with Necker’s. The DeWitt location has such a relaxed atmosphere and you’re treated like family from the minute you walk in. The Davenport location is closer to home for me and I choose to drive up to DeWitt. They remember your name when you come in and no project is too big or too small. They truly are there to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. My fiancé has bought me a few necklaces as gifts and then my engagement ring and wedding bands. I have also purchased various other pieces I will treasure forever. I have never questioned their judgement and all the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help. Never pushy. Very high quality. Not only is the jewelry amazing, the staff was phenomenal. The Hearts on Fire engagement ring is so incredibly beautiful. Cathy accommodated us even on a holiday as we came from Florida specifically for the ring. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend shopping here for any type of jewelry.

Where to even begin. I’d like to first off start by saying that it was just another usual day between my girlfriend and I as we walked into Neckers Jewelers in Dewitt, IA. Just being up there for the whole day with softball and family things going on, so we decided to take a stop in and check out some rings. As we approached the store, I started to get that sweaty palm feeling that I always get when it comes to stopping in to look at rings. As soon as we walked through the door, that’s the moment everything changed for me, as well as for my girlfriend. The employees offered us a drink, alcoholic or non alcoholic and we looked at each other thinking to one another are they joking with us?! A minute goes by and they ask us if we are sure we don’t want anything. So I said well yeah I’ll take a drink as my girlfriend passed on this one. Then we were getting into deep conversations, talking about what we wanted exactly and how our days were going. These employees were by far the most outgoing and such good people to enjoy the company. That’s when that moment hit me that the timing was right. Needless to say, we both found the rings that we loved and decided to make the move and make our big purchases. We are so grateful for the experience that we got to share today with the employees and with one another. Thank you so much Neckers Jewelers for this awesome time we got with you. It sure made our day that much more special, so again thank you so much!

Came in and was welcomed right away. Offered drinks why I browsed. Great selection to choose from no matter what you're looking for. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely come and recommend. I was helped by Danita and she was a great help. Great place.

My engagement and wedding rings were purchased from here. Both the Davenport and DeWitt stores have such great service. The employees are always ready to help their customer find the perfect piece and answer questions promptly. I also love that they have such a unique collection of jewelry.

The staff were wonderful! I had a stone put back in one ring and I even provided the stone and then I did have another ring they put in a diamond (very small too) and I thought it was very expensive but I have nothing to compare it to
