Meet my husband at this exact location 15 yrs ago. We now have been together for 13 yrs and married for 3 yrs. We will forever go back to this location. Both of us weren't coffee drinkers when we met and we became coffee drinkers over the years because of this Starbucks. It's where my life began.. we now have 2 beautiful kids and are husband/wife and best friends 💗

I really like this location employee are really nice seem to enjoy the job! 😀 Its nice environment to work or relax in chairs are comfy seating inside and or outside. Always fast convenient tasty treats and delicious drinks. A+ service

Whether you’re picking up at the drive-thru or in-store, nowadays with ordering ahead there are more than enough options for us consumers to pick - toppings, milks, mix-ins, etc. - to ultimately get what we want in our drinks. HOWEVER, no matter how advanced their workers are, people are people and the more complicated your order is the more likely something will get forgotten or misplaced or you’ll get too much cinnamon or not enough strawberries.

It happens at large fast-food/drink chains galore, but we’ve ordered MANY times here and they get our order. perfect. every. time. Granted it’s not a complicated order but again, people are people.

Despite the fact that this Starbucks location is very busy, I’ve always had prompt, excellent service. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and always willing to share their extensive coffee knowledge, and my order has always been correct. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, and the outdoor patio is wonderful when the weather is warm.

I love Starbucks! Not sure why!!! I get it for some it’s over priced coffee that may or may not be “good” coffee and that may be true, however I enjoy it! Life is short!! The staff. I’ve never gone to any Starbucks that wasn’t crazy busy with less than adequate staff. Yet, despite all that the staff is friendly and welcoming and talkative!!! I have to give a shout-out to the team at the McMurray Store on Washington Road. They are Awesome

Go here often as I prefer this location over the others in the area (usually drive thru and all different times of day). The drinks are well made and the staff is friendly! They even will say like hey if you do ____ it's the same as you ordered but cheaper! Which is always a great thing in my book! I'll tip what I "keep" in my pocket just because of the awesomeness behind that! I'm always appreciative of them looking out for their customers! They don't know me either, which makes me feel even more appreciative and tells me a lot about the staff and customer service they provide! Plus the drinks are better than the others 2 miles in both directions!

Efficient and accurate service in the drive-thru, which I was surprised as there was a four car line when I got into line. But it moved quickly and server was very pleasant. I like this Starbucks and truly enjoyed my drink. Definitely worth going to even if the location is a bit hidden in a shopping strip center. Easy to get into the line and parking lot.

They were on the brink of being overwhelmed the last time I was in, but held it together like rock stars! You could see the team crushed it as far as working well together.

Baristas were friendly and worked quickly. My coffee came out just how I asked, and was able to move on with my day in short order, caffeinated.

I usually come down to this Starbucks when I’m in the area. The people are very nice and cheerful and work hard to keep the line moving and get everyone their food and drinks quickly!

Great customer service! Although the store was short staffed (which is only corporate's fault!), each team member had a smile on their face and greeted my warmly 😊. Corporate needs to raise wages and the labor budget for all their store. 15 minutes is for an order is too long a wait. 5 stars for the baristas, cashiers, and managers making it work! 1 star for Starbucks Corporate.

Close to my job and always on point! Even when I'm feeling creative!!!

I have been to this Starbucks a lot since it is the closest one to my house and I have always had a generally positive experience. The staff are all friendly and make sure that my order is correct. It can get pretty busy, especially right before and after school lets out but they do a decent job of handling the crowds.

Manager was really friendly and spoke nicely to an employee on the phone that was running late. Real people, that treat each other nicely. Their customers are in good hands.

Also, Cafe Verona pourovers come up perfect at this location.

This is my favorite Starbucks store. It's the only location that greets me when I walk in the door, not by name but with a hello. I have never had a problem with my order but I've seen others and the problem is corrected immediately. The drive thru run efficient even at 6:30-7:00 am. The staff are all great and store is kept immaculately.

I recently went to the Bridgeville Starbucks drive thru for the first time since my regular places are closed. This Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to. The cars were lined up and they and I were being greeted with a pleasant voice taking the order. At the window to pick up your drink, again another pleasant personable employee was filling and serving you your order. This was a Saturday morning and the cars were backed up but these employees treated us as we were their only customer. Truly this location could train other employees at other Starbucks. True customer service. April 25 2020 at 10 a.m.

Tried a new drink here, but it wasn't my favorite. The staff was awesome and offered to fix my drink!! Great service!

Love them! They remember who you and and what your normal order is! Its makes it feel more personable! They always have a great attitude, which makes my morning a little better!!☺
