We take our dog to train here as well as shop here for pet supplies for cats, dog and fish. We have been long time customers. This particular Petsmart has a good variety of items and we have always been helped by knowledgeable workers. Emma has been our trainer and she has been sweet and pleasant to work with. Very flexible and can shift the training to fit our needs and cooperation of our dog. We will continue to purchase training courses as well as buy our pet supplies here.

Needed to return a turtle tank that developed a crack on the bottom and we lost the receipt. Not only did they look up the receipt using our phone number but exchanged the tank hassle-free. That's great customer service!

Great selection of animals for adoption...other sites would only have like 1-3 animals. This place was overflowing and good prices. We came for fishes but got caught up in the puppies and kitties too! Lol! But we went home with some good healthy fish. They keep them clean and nice varieties here. Will be back.

The employees here are awesome always help. We found a harness that fits our medium but thin dog.

Always someone to help me in the reptile/aquatics area. I love love love the salon here, I have a Bengal that hates his nails trimmed and these salon employees are patient and friendly. The only con is a few employees who think they know more about my animals than I do and do not hesitate to speak on it. Considering I have had exotic animals around me since I was a baby, and have kept and currently keep many I don't appreciate the comments.

Russ/Ross, sorry dude it's been a few days I forget which it was, but this guy knows his stuff with fish tanks! Huge help and tested my water and helped me with the nitrate/nitrite issue I was having. Didn't have me but a bunch of things I didn't need, just what I needed (I bought other stuff because it was on sale and I'd need it later, not because they pushed it on me, which I really liked). It's been a long time since I've had a good tank to take care of and I'd forgotten a lot without realizing it and they were very helpful in reminding me with the how to.

Great pet store. We come to get things for our Candy (dog) and Puff Daddy (long hair gp) and Big E Smalls (short hair gp). They always have what we are looking for and then some. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Store is never too crowded so wait time is short.

Obviously the experience will varied base on the people you interact with, but my experience today was great. Great service and good approach to dealing with the problem I had. Because of this, I will be back again. Just want to say thank you for good customer service.

Our new Dog needed it's first Groom, the groomer seemed very friendly and professional. we really enjoyed the photo they send via email when he was done, very nice touch. We will continue to go back

Every time I come here I get the best service! Everyone seems to love their job and really care for the pets. I get issues with the pickup service and they always match it and let me pay it when I get in store. Very convenient. I only come here.

Michael took very good care of my dog. She was very nervous being that we are from out of town, but she was very calm with him and her nails we're cut down perfectly.
