I’ve gotten parts here that I’ve installed and a couple of times I e had them swap out a battery. Every time the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They’ve never seemed too busy to help my automotive challenged mechanic self out, be it looking something up on their computer or helping me find something in the store.

Very pleased with the service I received. My sales person was very understanding of a subject that I knew very little of. He asked me a lot if questions, trying to help me with my problem. I was very satisfied with my visit to Advance Auto Parts.

Fantastic service. All the people that work there are friendly. Very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. This is the only auto parts store that I go to from now on.
You can make easy online orders and go pick up your order and minutes or have them delivered. Whichever you prefer. Don't get no gooder than that!

Counter person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even shared his cheese sticks with my five year old son.

Out standing. Went in wit a battery that would not hold a charge. Walked in explained the problem. He asked if I was military retired, he noticed the Navy Stickers, I told yes. He gave a great discount,...Got the battery had it installed in 10-15 minutes. Great Service and great price. I highly Recommend.

Very friendly worker helped me find exactly what I needed. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. No complaints, and definitely will be back whenever I need more parts for my car.

So helpful and kind! My check engine light came on and I needed help picking out a new headlight. Left with everything I needed in no time at all.

This place was great got my oil and the right filter but while I was thier I saw a man needing to change his starter and they where nice to lend the man some tools to do so he got his old starter off and then he didn't have to pay a core charge ahead of buying his new one but you don't just pull up their and thank you can fix it right their because their might be a wait for the right part and it isn't a garage this guy was just traveling through and needed help

Chad and kenny two of the guys that work there at the store were so helpful today it was very hot they are not mechanics they didn’t have to help me but they basically help me find all the parts that I needed and basically re-did it for me so I could pass and auto inspection and I did and I was on a time frame also so I really appreciate it what you both did and as far as helping me out I’ll never forget that you guys are awesome

Always have excellent customer service and parts delivery for your business! If it's not in store they outsource from one of their many locations.

I usually go to O'Reilly Auto parts but they had to order a part I need it for my car and advance I called them and hey they had it on hand way to go advance you might have a new customer from now on thanks

I needed to get my intake straightened out and I didn't have time to get the right parts they left me buy whatever I thought would work, and they let me return it if it didn't work right away right up until the point where I took everything back because I couldn't make it work...

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and all the stuff I need worked great.
