Starbucks

Everyone was nice and smiling. Food was good. Coffee was great. I really liked that they got my coffee order correct. Decaf, regular real milk & no whip cream. :)

only downside to this location is they usually dont have the ingredients for the limited time only drinks..
the drive through line is usually long & into the parking lot since the location is popular..
park & dine inside..
it has “little free library” at this location..
the workers are dope..

Coffee was scalded . I like strong coffee with half and half. Starbucks quality has gone down. I go to many locations in California and Reno. Expresso shots don't seem to be made with Expresso beans. But it's convenient.

My opinion....this location is the best Starbucks I have been to. Always friendly and even when the drive through is packed and the inside is packed, they are a great team that gets everyone served as quickly as their orders allow. I rate them a 10

Olivia is the most sweetest and very helpful! They are the best starbucks server me and my gf had ever had! Always happy to see a happy attitude and positivity! They need a full on raise! Give them their flowers!

Always fabulous customer service. I rarely get coffee out, but when I do here it's a great experience. This time I recieved my drink and it was surprisingly low in the cup, I ran in and showed them-obviously someone new was getting trained, very understandable-and they made me an additional drink. Thank you, Starbucks, for empowering your employees to make excellent customer service decisions. I'm grateful for the extra pick-me-up on a long long drive!

Good coffee and pleasant service. No parking problem either. Just tie em up out front.

We ordered online and got stuck in the traffic. Upon request to heat up one of the drink one very kind and sweet girl, Maddy, made a new drink for us and treated us very nicely. Good place to stop by. Restrooms are very clean also. Love to stop by here again!!!!

Always friendly and reliable, this is my favorite Starbucks location. So far, they have a spotless record with regards to the accuracy of the orders. More importantly, they consistently produce drinks that actually look like they do on the menu.

The staff were angels, truly wonderful people. I would like to come back and let them know. The drink was made to perfection too.

I would give more stars but this app only allows 20. Stars unlimited bucks. Not talking about prices. Just good stuff...

This location gets a little busy in the mornings but the staff is efficient & timely. They are kind & always willing to help.

Drinks made to perfection... I have complex drink order so I always give it up to the barista that gets it right. Clean open bathrooms, outdoor dining! This is my almost to Tahoe coffee stop! Well visit time and time again! 👍💯👏🤩🤗☕🥐😋

Great Starbucks. Cozy, convenient location—last Starbucks en route to South Lake Tahoe. Professional staff. I lost a valuable item there during a stop to Tahoe. The staff sound it and it was returned to me safe and sound on my return trip.
