Starbucks

A good atmosphere is expected at Starbucks. Don’t you agree? The service was faster than what I am used to. There were only 4 people on crew for a Saturday, that is not alot IMO. With that, I would have less than perfect expectations but these people were fast and got us our drinks quicker than I have ever seen; clearly carefully as well. ☺

Randomly stopped in, got the gingerbread holiday drink they gave now. Sooo amazing, no other Starbucks I’ve gone to since make it as good and I’m so sad i don’t live in the area!

My favorite Starbucks ever. I come here every morning before work and my drinks are always made PERFECTLY. I love all the employees they’re always SO NICE and so friendly. Honestly i go out of my way just to come to this location because all the other surrounding Starbucks stores are NOT great. Thanks to all the employees at this store who are awesome 🙂

I’ve been going to Starbucks regularly since I got my license about 8 years ago and I can honestly say this is the best Starbucks around. Every single morning I go there before work and even on my days off. The AMAZING baristas and managers have started to remember me by name, my face and my order and it really feels good to actually know that they care enough to remember that kind of detail. I have severe social anxiety and this is the only place I’m comfortable going inside of instead of waiting in the drive thru. Even if I’ve had an issue with my order(very very very rare, maybe once or twice it’s happened), im never made to feel unwelcome or like I’m a nuisance to them. they truly are happy to remake it for me to make sure that I’m satisfied with what I bought and that means a lot because I’ve been to other Starbucks locations were they look at me like I just spit on them when I ask them if there’s anyway they could do a remake. This is one of the best teams in the world even when one of my favorite people left, they still carry on that feeling of community and just overall kindness. They actually make an effort to get to know you and who you are as a person instead of just seeing you as another customer who came through and ordered. They really are the dream team for Starbucks and I highly recommend going out of your way to go to this location. I don’t know if this is the best place to write a review for them, but I hope that corporate sees it and I hope that everybody important sees how wonderful the staff is here. I’ve never left that long of a review for anywhere because I’ve never been so happy with such continuous amazing service from somewhere before. You guys are doing amazing and I’ll see you tomorrow morning!

Very friendly, they always make my orders right. One time the didn't, I would have taken it but because I didn't like green tea & I was going to my daughter-n-law's house & I hate wasting they let me take it. She loved it. Thank you so much.

My go-to Starbucks. Wonderful staff, great music, clean wi-fi and the drinks are always on point. Thank you.

This is my favorite location out of all the ones in the area (22nd, Summit, North, and Roosevelt-Lombard) The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their order accuracy rate is very high and on the RARE occasion a mistake is made, they'll correct it graciously.

Staff on point and try to get you in and out but pe patience when waiting for your order. They are humans not machines and crafting your special order drink takes time.

Was there last Friday night and the girls working at night were so sweet. As soon as they saw me walk in they welcome me in and left whatever they were doing to take my order. Will be coming in more often. :)

The staff is nice. You can sit and study here for hours and no one will bother you. They play nice music that does not take your concentration away. They are prompt with their orders.

Arguably the best starbucks I've ever been to, and that's not something I say lightly, as I worked for the company for many years. Went every morning i was in town on a work trip, and the morning crew already had my order memorized by day 3. Every day it was quick, clean and on point. From an old school starbucks barista, this location was great.

This Starbucks is spacious and clean. There is ample seating: 5 4-chair tables along the wall with outlets, 1 long communal table, a few 2 person tables, and a 4 armchairs. There is also some outdoor seating. The big windows give more light to the space which already has a great open space. This isn't a starbucks reserve and they don't have a bar area - but it's definitely one of the bigger stores I've been to. There are many other starbucks around the proximity of this location, but it seems that this is a very popular one due to the amount of cars in the drive through. The baristas are also all very nice!

Loved it! Frappaccino quality varies from store to store, but this one made the perfect mocha frapp with caramel drizzle.

Great Coffee. I just stopped in for just a regular coffee. They were very friendly and provided excellent service. The place was clean and comfortable.

Normally makes the best vanilla sweet cream cold brew!! I either Uber eats or pick up in person! Thanks guys
