DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Took my mom to get a pair of shoes yesterday. Great selection and prices. Several sales staff asked her if she needed help finding what she was looking for. Good size availability. Checkout including using a coupon was easy. Plenty of close parking spaces.

Great shoe store. They have tons of shoes. Today's visit only earned a 4star because of the limited sizes and quantities of shoes my wife was shopping for. We had a hard time finding the 8.5 shoe size and 9's were limited also.

The store is clean and clutter free. Please see photos. The children section was very impressive.

The staff was helpful and we were able to get the shoes my wife wanted ordered and they will be shipped directly to us.

We had a lovely run in with a fantastic sales lady. The selection was great, as expected with a particular emphasis on their boot selection. I will be returning with my girlfriend soon!

We've found shoes but there were no bags to carry them out in .No bags no top to the box. But my shoes look good

I stopped by the store for the sole purpose of just finding some shoes for a gift, but things turned out better than expected. I was about to pay, when I was asked if I would like to sign up for rewards, to which I accepted. I was told about the deals going on, coupons I was about to receive, and best of all, the customer service was very much appreciated. I felt welcomed, and I was blown away by such hospitality. Definitely worth stopping by again! :)

Love their shoes. Good prices. Sign up for rewards they generally send you a $10 coupon and a free designer bag to put your merchandise in. If you shop online and for some reason your shoes do not fit just bring them back to their store and they take care of it right there.

Now my favorite shoe store. Huge selection. Decent prices, sales on alot of shoes. Nice clearance section too. Friendly helpful staff.
If they don't have it in store, order on-line with free shipping!

Very helpful employees! I was looking for comfortable flip flops, but since it is late in the season they were out of my size. They were happy to place an order for me and have them delivered directly to my home!

Love this place they have rows and rows of shoes. The only thing I hate is they run our of the free bags that they give out,if you dont go the first day, cause it seems like they only have enough for the first day your out of luck! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I dont recieve lots of coupons but I still Love DSW

The store/company is the 1 out of 2 places I use for shoe shopping. Their selections are phenomenal. Designer brand names and everyone else too. I am truly addicted to them. Their accessories are nice too. Even have a sitting area for the men to sit in while their ladies shop. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. And if they don't know the answer to your question, they get help. They just don't give you an "I don't know." If they don't have your size in stock in the store, they will order it and have it sent to your house with free shipping. Who does that? Their clearance section has great savings and you can really clean up there. Their website is fantastic - from being able to filter based on colors, sizes, brands, styles, etc. Their many photos of every angle of the shoe certainly helps in my decision making process. I always go there needing 1 pair of shoes for an event and my shopping cart, when all is said and done, usually has between 5-8 shoes in it. That's why I am now at VIP Elite Status!! But truth be told, I do return (size, color, fit, etc.) over half of what I've purchased to my local store. That's the other reason I shop with them - free returns to my local store. If I had to return via mail, I'd never use them. And if I want to exchange at the store for a different size, they'll reorder it with free shipping to my home. Again - who does that? The reviews for each shoe are SO helpful and I truly rely on them. I've only been steered once - shoe was MUCH smaller compared to my true size according to their website and no one spoke about size issues in their comments. Otherwise everything else fits. Never thought I would be open to buying shoes online, and I'm a big Sears and Penneys shopper from those bygone days but I really like and trust them. And now I really need the assortment and selection DSW has since breaking my ankle last November. Shoes and boots don't fit like they used to on that foot/ankle Furthermore, I had bunion surgeries 25+ years ago so my feet tend to pickier (I presume) than most. My local store (Rockford, IL) is much smaller than my original addicting store in Kentwood, MI, but my new store will do of course. My only snag with turn just occurred recently. Ordered a small light blue leather crossbody purse online. Received a champagne satin clutch. At first I thought it was a free "thank you for all of your fantastic shopping again" gift. Alas, according to the packing slip, it was not. So after sitting on hold for 3 HOURS, they ordered the correct one for me and had it delivered and received for the special event which I originally ordered it for. Prices can be a little more than I would spend on a shoe but I don't shop by designer. I go for looks, purpose, and fit, not name, especially since I'm a tough fit. I was never a shoe girl growing up and I do not claim to be Imelda, but it may be starting to become an obsession due to DSW.

Sales associate was great. Helped me find a shoe. Walked me right to the shoe I had in mind.
