Right here is the UPS store where you go out of your way, to drop off a parcel and/or package. Just in a kinder, way. You know. Yeah or much appropriated, yes. For outgoing, shipments. Of course.

Rushma is awesome!! Every time I’m in she is hustling, handling multiple customers at once and does an awesome job juggling the rush and getting it all done. She helped me custom pack my item and was a huge help in helping me figure out the best way to ship something when I was unsure how to do so. Great team of people!

I am not sure why all the negative reviews but I do see other customers always showing up unprepared. I am in here multiple times per week shipping orders for my ecommerce businesses and Reshma is always so pleasant but obviously overworked. If anyone should be getting a negative review it's the owner of this franchise who doesn't adequately staff their business and leaves a single person to open, operate and close this business 6 days per week. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is my go to UPS store in Vista. Reshma is always hustling to help customers, but is patient and kind while serving. I appreciate her smile too. Thanks!

Everyone is nice and dont rush people if they need more help even if line long. I do always ask for a receipt since no one is perfect just incase my package gets long. I do at postoffice too

I have found the best time to get stuff accomplished in this store is in the morning time. No Lines and great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Reshma this morning and she was not only understanding but helpful when I was trying to figure out how to read the label requirements regarding my Amazon return.

This place is always busy in the late afternoon/early evening. The two guys working today is the only reason I’m rating them 5 stars. So calm and patient under so much stress. I can imagine how they feel, so I thank them both for their patience with the customers.

This location, #6992, is super convenient, right next to Albertsons. The manager, Reshma, is very friendly, helpful and efficient, making it easy and stress-free to do Amazon returns and other mailings. Their staff has always been pleasant to work with.

Well I am a disabled person and recently learned how to shop on Amazon and spent well over 8,000.00 . So of course there are going to be lots of returns and exchanges ect... well I know nothing at all about how to do returns so my sister helped me with my 1st batch of returns and she said she won't help me again, lol... so she showed me in the car but I kinda forgot. So I got another pile of returns so I get them to the UPS store and the lady who owns it was obviously shocked that I got there alone with lots of returns so I spent almost 3.5 hours there trying to figure this out and she claimed she did not know how to do returns so I ended up with leaving with 3 things that she said I could not return. So now a week goes by and I got like 12 things to return. I get there and I find a empty table so I get all my things ready and was determined to do this no matter what and yes after some few hours has passed I did all of the right and the lady was soooooo very happy for me she gave me high 5. So not I am going tomorrow with 5 returns and am very confident that I can do them all in a timely manner.
I love this woman, she has taught me to do something I did not know how to do and to be okay if I make mistakes. I love her for that.

Reshma was a tremendous help. I had a bulky and awkward item that needed to be shipped and she packed it perfectly. Made it across the country in great condition! Thank you!

I love going here!! The nicest folks. Sam is the friendliest guy. I return ALL my Amazon stuff here. They are always helpful. Much nicer waiting line space then other ups places. Don’t listen to any other reviews. Show up and be happy with the service you receive!!

I've been using this store for years now and I always get great service. The Manager Reshma and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Reshma is very friendly and cute as well.

The staff here is very helpful. They have a great attitude and do whatever they can to help. Shirlee and Taitiana were personally my favorite employees. They really make you feel at home.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low star rating but I've never had a problem with anyone at this location. Have I seen them a little stressed when they are busy sure but who wouldn't be.

Every time I've used this location, everyone has been nice and helpful. Yes, if there is only one employee it can be a wait but it usually moves fairly quickly.

Reshma is very helpful, patience and nice.. doesn't get frustrated with customers.. definitely go there again highly recommend to all
