Super selection at the university store in Vista. Got a fantastic deal on semi-precious beads..making 20+ brackets for an international Convention....these beads will now travel the World.. Thx to the help from your great staff.

The few times that I've shopped here have been good, I find what I'm looking for and the employees are great

Found many great treasures at exceptional quality/prices,allowing for creating successfully! Storage containers very helpful as well...just sad that the watercolor paint choices remain so limited on professional level. Staff always so sweet&helpful!

I had some trouble finding a few things but a wonderful employee went out of her way to help me! Thank you Mariana! To give more context Mariana who worked the check out stand was friendly enough to help me and physically direct me to the items needed even though she wasn’t on the sales floor. she was very lively making my experience here at this Michaels 10x better! Hands down one of the nicest people who I've ever experienced while at any store.

This Michael's seems smaller than others I've visited, but when I get treated accordingly it all works out for the better and I walk out a Happy Customer. Thank you Michael's, you met all my needs today.

Emp l oyees are nice and real knowledgeable (?) Store is well s t ocked and prices are low lots of wood crafts to buy and paint up.ect.

Sales on sales on sales and if what you want isn't on sale then search for a coupon bc they always have one. As for the vista location it is usually well stocked and clean. Some of the employees are more knowledgeable about doing projects then others but they are all friendly and helpful. My one complaint is all the "kid" traps by the registers. The little toys and beanie babies literally form the aisles for the line. Not a big deal and not the only store to do it but still annoying.

The young workers there are very pleasant, friendly and really seem to like their jobs!

Fred the check out guy was so friendly and helpful... best service I've ever had at this store.!!
He stood out as previous times I've been in there I've not had the best customer service. One time man was helping me with framing questions and he told me I should make them.myself at home and walked off?! So odd... anyhow back to today "give fred a raise or a promotion"!!!👍☺

First time at this store and the greeter was so very nice and helpful before even entering the store. The cashier was wonderful and smiling behind her mask and could hear it in her voice. So nice to go someplace with happy workers

On this visit I went in mainly for cake decorating supplies. There's a nice selection. They have changed over from Wilton to Celebrate it. The cake pans are Fat Daddio which are a higher quality than Wilton. The candy melts are from SweetToothFairy which are much better than the Wilton candy melts. I could never get the Wilton candy melts to set. Not a problem with SweetToothFairy. They also have many different types of sprinkles. The SweetToothFairy buttercream is very good easy to use and tastes good. I also used the Satin Ice fondant and buttercream frostings. All easy to use and tastes great.

They have what you need when it comes to doing craft projects. Prices are reasonable, sometimes even cheaper than online. You can find coupons to use to push the cost down even more!
They also have a military discount as well.
I love going here every so often to see what's new.

I had some paintings framed for my wifes birthday. They frame shop was fantastic. As I am not the artist in the family, the frame manager was great. She helpped me pick out the correct colors of matting and great custom frames for a fair price since frames are dang expensive

Great discounts priot to Christmas. Was so happy to get the things I needed at 70% off. Made my night. Now my gifts will have a little extra detail at a fraction of the price.

Had everything I came for. Plus the poster frame I bought was 50% off! (Must have been mega marked up initially) Prices are generally very good. And they always offer great coupons.

I found a little of great decorating ideas. And even bought some.
Samuel was an employee there and went over the top to be helpful.

Shawn was a great help to us in the framing department. My wife and I had a drawing our granddaughter had done and he took his time to show us various frames and mats. His recommendations were extremely helpful. He knows his business. We highly recommend!
