Taco Bell

I was driving up to Mackinac Island and had an online meeting today at 1:30 and stopped in at this Taco Bell. It looked like some regional manager had just left and gave them all kudos for a job well done as I saw/heard them clapping afterward. These kudos are clearly well deserved. They were kind, courteous, prompt, the food was hot and they were so accommodating as I asked if it would be okay if I joined my online meeting in a corner of the dining area. 5 full stars.

Good food & good people! I always go here, I’m here more than I’d like to admit, and today, I ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet, I told them to cancel it, and I was gonna order a $2 burrito with my change, they told me to pull ahead, only to find out, they paid for it, I am not sure who it was, I am thinking the manager who was on shift on 6/10/23 at about 2pm! Now this is U.P hospitality! Thank you for letting my daughter witness the good in the world! That was just down right awesome! I appreciate it, more than any of them would know! Keep up the good work! I will most certainly be back!

Great staff here. I ordered an item but they missed in adding to my order, didn't realize it till I sat down that we didn't get it, went back up to let them know when I realized I was never charged for it, I told them I would pay for it and it was missed because it wasn't rug up on the reciept, they promptly made it and didn't charge me for it. Thank you. Was clean and food was normal TB quality level.

If you've seen one you've seen most of them. This Taco Bell is pretty darn good nice and clean and seems to be a brand new building. Lots of things nearby and a great place to get on and off the road quickly and efficiently.

Taco Bell restaurants in non-urban areas are the best!!! The food is fresh, the people are nice, and our order was made perfectly. Thank you!

Great location, food was great, the guy even gave some quarters for change so I could grab a shower before a 3 hour drive home.

This is our favorite Taco Bell ever! Pete is the best! So kind and funny! He makes your day! The staff is awesome! They make delicious food…seriously the best Taco Bell. And we aren’t even local! But we stop there every time we cross the bridge.

Had a large online order and everything was what we ordered. I really liked that they put our items in separate bags so some items wouldn't get crunched or smushed. That's great customer service! I believe the lady that was at the window said his name was Garrett. They ran out of Baja blast, but I didn't mind switching to Pepsi since it's a new store and super busy. We live across the bridge and well worth the bridge fare to grab something that isn't a burger. Great addition to the area! You will see us a few times a month I assume. Keep up the good work. I'd add photos but we were all so hungry we ate everything super fast!

Came in tonight and ordered 15 soft shells and 5 soft shell supremes. They were all perfect. I'm so glad that I can just drive 25 min and one bridge crossing to get this. The crew working tonight was awesome. All on point. The 17 year old at the register was a very polite young man. Very well matured. Can't remember his name. Today is 12-11-22 and I was in around 430 445. Smiles on everyone faces. Hey guys sorry my oder was so big. But again u all were on point. GREAT JOB ALL OF YOU!!!!!

We finally have a TacoBell, and it's actually good too. Wow!

The food is made very well here which helps make it feel worth the money again despite the rather crazy prices that TacoBell has gotten up to in the last few years. The staff here are super friendly as well.

Great food in a clean & comfortable spot. Special thanks to the gentleman that took our giant order, Pete G! What a sweetheart he was with every single guest he helped even though it was only his second day and the place was packed-he was very apologetic and cracked jokes-great customer service!

Even busy, they made sure we got our order correct and upgraded our drinks for the wait which wasn't long.

Best Taco Bell I have ever had. Order was missing a soft taco but who eats them anyway.

Always clean and fairly fast. One cashier keeps calling my son a girl, but otherwise we've been happy
