Great location right off of the main road. Busy store but drinks come out in under 5 minutes. Clean location and friendly staff

Since moving here I've been going to the Starbucks pretty regularly for the last 2 years. In all honesty from my experience this seems just like a normal Starbucks when it comes to the wait times. It didn't occur to me that this was even an issue until I came on here to post a review. In my opinion, this Starbucks is one of the best in the area. I have ordered from the other in store Starbucks ( Target, Safeway) here in Crofton and have been highly disappointed. I will take a little busy with better quality service and product. I came on here to leave a review because today was exceptionally long for the drive-thru. I should expected that for a triple rewards star day. I had to go through this line twice and felt so bad for the employees. The person who took my order his name was Andy, and I will say that he was nice and had patience with me while I was placing my order for multiple people, and I even apologize because I knew how busy they were. Andy reassured me that it was totally fine and I was able to get my orders in without feeling rushed or I was problem. This is why I go to the Starbucks. I will wait in a line for exceptional customer service, plus my drinks were amazing today as always!

Honestly this location deserves 5 stars because of Gabe. I’ve been coming here for years because it is the most convenient for me and Gabe has always been kind and efficient. He’s on first name basis with regulars and always has a pleasant demeanor.

I come to this Starbucks all the time. They’re pretty consistent, they’re always pretty nice and I’ve never had any issues. Today though I was in a rush, and I messed up my order so bad when I ordered ahead online. When I got there I was so embarrassed to explain to the barista what I actually wanted in my drink, contrary to what it said on the mobile order. When I tell you as soon as I got in there Rachel was behind that counter holding it DOWN. She was working as a barista pretty much by herself, drink after drink. And she did it with precision. I’m only 16 but I’m pretty obsessed with Starbucks and I’ve never seen a barista be able to multi task so well, and the scariest part is she made it look so easy. She fixed up me and my moms drink despite it being my fault and she had the sweetest smile the whole time. Someone please give that person a raise. She was really in there doing her big one. It’s so hard to be under such high demand and still manage to keep such a pleasant attitude.

Love the whole staff, great coffee, great atmosphere, my absolute favorite Starbucks of all time! I've lived all over the US including in the Seattle/Tacoma area and this is still my favorite. The consistency and the friendly staff makes it the best!

It was my birthday and I used the Starbucks app to get my free drink. I asked the barista to hook me up with the most expensive carmel and chocolate frap possible.

My favorite Starbucks. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. And on the rare occasion that they get my order wrong, they always fix it immediately. 5 stars.

Just having my normal Starbucks Refresher and lemon loaf. Purchase also reusable cold cup that changes color when cold doing my part for the environment. Very clean great customer service I am always amazed of the awesome service I get from all the stores I visit Starbucks should be a leader in pay distribution. Just Saying!!!!

I have been going to this location faithfully in the mornings before work during the weekdays for a couple years now. Great service from all the workers especially casey.
I was really never open to Starbucks or what was good, or coffee for that matter. Casey took the time to explain the drink what was in it and make it flawlessly everytime. Now I'm a happy and always returning customer to this location.Casey should be recognized for her customer service.

UPDATE! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I COME EVERYDAY AND THE EMPLOYEES TREAT YOU like family. During the time of remodeling they had it temporarily closed for a few weeks. It had brighten my to her the drive through employee tell me how they missed there regulars. That made my day!

Wonderful people whom work very hard at this extremely busy Starbucks. They bust their butts and 9x out of 10 give you the very best drink you could ask for. Extremely helpful staff, clean, and again the best Starbucks in the area :-)

Very friendly service. Customized everything exactly as wanted.
A little small inside but nice outside space.

The customer service was great. There was miscommunication but they quickly fixed my mistaken order. It's a good place to get coffee and to see friendly workers that like their job.

Their drive thru line was a bit long. So I pulled into a parking spot and ordered to pickup via their app. Order was ready for pickup in five minutes. Nice staff and no errors in the order.

Enjoyed this Starbucks as they made the best pumpkin spice latte. And yes, I love the pumpkin 🎃 😊!!!

The drive thru is so much better now. They put someone outside to take orders and they must be doing something inside to get the orders out faster. So great!

Excellent customer service, always friendly. This location is my favorite!! Lines can be long at certain times and there's a wait but usually my order is ready in the time indicated on app.

i use the mobile app to order from this location AT LEAST once a week.

Good starbucks and worth the detour vs stopping in Target. They manage the shop well, and keep distancing and cleanliness tight. Well done.
