Really great cashier was able to focus on one person at a time and give complete Direction and assistance as needed.

The drive thru wasn't backed up, so I opted to use it. The employee at the window was very pleasant, and she made sure that I got the order I intended to place from my phone--even though I mistakenly left off a drink. She was very polite and friendly, and she didn't not delay in making the drink.

Outstanding customer service from both window/counter staff and manager. The coffee is hot and fresh and (my personal favorite!) the veggie omelet bites are consistently hot as well. I try to avoid getting the donuts, lol, as they are *waaay* too tasty! This is a terrific Dunkin' location and I drive through most every day (often very early in the day and they're still on point).

Ah, how delightfully quaint and reminisent of my visits to a number of oh so familiar but differntly located places.! My recent escapade to this charming establishment was an experience as sweet as a symphony. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee tantalized my senses as I entered the enchanting ambiance. The selection of donuts was a veritable tour de force, each pastry more artfully crafted than the last.

The delectable array of flavors and textures offered a delightful journey for the discerning palate. One could not help but be captivated by the finesse with which these culinary creations were presented. It was as though the pastry chef was a virtuoso, skillfully composing a melodic harmony of flavors to enchant even the most sophisticated tastes.

And the coffee, oh, the coffee! Rich and robust, it danced gracefully on the tongue, a true orchestration of aromatic bliss. The careful attention to detail and the passion evident in every sip was a testament to the artistry of the baristas.

This delightful rendezvous with donuts and coffee was a symphony of flavors that charmed my heart in a most unexpected way. An absolute must for those seeking a refined and delectable interlude. Bravo to the pastry maestros!

I have to admit this is now one of my "favorite" DnD's! You want your coffee ☕ hot? Anytime go here! The staff are excellent, always ready to help, and the food is "always" hot!! Which sadly is a hit and miss at several of the other Dunkins I visit....and I visit a few!! I found this one by accident when I started going to the Pain Management Clinic around the corner. Now, I'll drive out of my way to come here!! Hopefully a year from now I'll be able to still say.....this is my favorite DnD's.

Quick spot for the best coffee around. Donuts and other breakfast stuff.

I went in this morning and needed 5 dozen donuts, a box of 25 munchkins and two boxes of coffee for a morning birthday party. The staff has always been expedient whenever I've gone there & they were true to form this morning. The place is always so busy but the wait for whatever you need is quick. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with everything that I needed.

Very quick access from the highway. Good WiFi.

The coffee and donuts we very good, which was not a surprise. The service was very good: when the staff realised a part of our order was not delivered, the non delivered small espresso was upgraded to a medium espresso with apologies. Erring is human, what is important to me is how a problem is solved. And the staff did this very well.

When I got my drink from this Dunkin’ Donuts I was in desperate need of liquid. This drink, my iced caramel latte fulfilled my thirst. The service was outstanding at this place. I couldn’t be more happier with my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I asked for extra whole milk but I got heaven instead. I’m currently writing this right after I got my drink, it was too good to not share with the world. I hope where ever you are in this world you will find yourself at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Millersville. You won’t ever be the same.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts for one reason only now...Mom's Makin Cookies ice cream!! I use to come through every May to make sure I get some, but now that it's a regular flavor, I will keep visiting! So happy!

Fast and accurate service. While not exactly courteous, the staff was helpful and no one was rude or curt.

When the dunkin closest to me closed for renovation, I started going to this one on veterans highway. The staff is amazing and so nice, and the drive thru (even tho it ends up lining up on the street) goes super quick!
