WOW! This McDonalds was really cool for kids! Huge play center with large tablets! The WiFi was great. I stayed awhile while I worked and they had some excellent music playing all day. They coulf do a better job keeping their floors and bathrooms cleaned up.

Of the three Crestview McDonald's, this is my favorite. I like that there is only one line. The breakfast crew is TOP NOTCH. They have not once made a mistake on my order, they are fast, and very friendly. I really should own stock, cause I visit too much.

It was great!!! Friendly and fast but the play area was super impressive clean and kids loved the video games my favorite was the table size tablet that u can play games on see pictures 🙂

Everyone is very friendly, food is good, and there’s an awesome Intergalactic Playplace that’s regularly cleaned. Fantastic climate controlled option for Florida play-dates.

Took our grand kids here for lunch. We had a great time in the play room with a large screen TV and play area. The associates were very helpful and polite. Food orders were delivered in a timely manner and hot. Everything in the large order was correct and complete. Highly recommend them.

Hi this is Sharon brown I just left McDonald's on James e Lee in Crestview I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large and the burger was raw. Please don't eat there they will serve raw food and get mad about it when you ask for a refund of your order. I gave them a 0 star for bad food and customer service please don't eat there no lie

Absolutely zero service. Refused to take our order, we had to used the kiosk. The first didn't work at all,, moved to the next.Couldn't find item's, ask clerk for help she said just shrugged, said she didn't know and we would have to ask a manager. 10 minutes later, we determined no one was coming. Completed our order. 25 minutes later, still didn't have our food, or see a manager. But the people who came in and ordered after us had theirs. My husband had to go ask for our food. Ask for a manager again, never happened. The fries were barely warm and so much salt they were unpalatable. The fish filet was barely warm. The burgers were not even close to warm.The 7 employees milling around didn't care. One behind the counter made a rude comment. Absolutely zero service, and food doesn't rate a single star. On top of it, the dining room was freezing. After more than 50 years of going to McDonalds, my family is done, we will never set foot in a McDonalds again. And be sure we will share with everyone I know, starting with Facebook and over 1000 friends and family.

Extremely busy. Service was good. 2 lane drive through. Food was good. Employees welcoming and efficient. Employee in lobby wrangling the ice very nice. Easy to get into, not so much getting out. At interstate exchange.

This McDonald's is the original one in Crestview. Yeah, the building has been redone many times but it's a classic restaurant. I've ate many fries, burgers and cokes here. Went a few weeks ago and was presently surprised at the children's play area. Miss the old playground but this is much better. Thank y'all.

It was horrible not only did I get sick unsure if that's why but I had nothing other than a big Mac and within cple hrs was sick all weekend puking and well... Drive thru was awful customer service has to separate orders and boy you woulda have thought I ask them to to build a rocket ship ordered using app for one had code ready however that was a nightmare one spicy chicken sandwich was all then it was Friday fry day right well not there at west hwy 90 on top of the workers hollering about curbside being closed across parking lot in my ear 3* over before slamming window in my face while waiting for the sandwich they couldnt seem to get out to me with or without drive thru code

This McDonald's is always clean. The manager, David, is also very professional and pokite as well. This location seems to be the only one in Crestview that can keep their frappe machine up and running more than twice a month.

The play area is cool. My sons are really love it. Light up table and game screen. Also, one of the big game screen table is awesome! I could play the game with my husband, my 2 sons together same time.
My 2 years old sons loved there slide.

Awesome place to bring the kids. There is also fine dining area away from kids.

We had a small birthday party in the playground area, it was awesome. The staff was great and very accommodating. Our food came out fast and correct. We just had a really great time.

Did a mobile order at this location Frappe and a quarter pounder in less than 5 minutes from arrival I was eating the freshest juiciest hottest burger I’ve had in awhile. I am usually a half burger kinda gal but I ate the entire thing. It was wonderful, Great job!

This stop at the Destin location was just drinks. Wanted to give the icee cokes a try. The first one was so good I had to double back and get another. The service was very fast as I was in and out if the drive thru in under 5 minutes.

The McDonald's on 90 in Crestview handled my order perfectly. I had some modifications and the person taking my order was easy to understand and took care of me. The order was perfect so whoever checked it thank you. Food came out tasting great.

The play zone being open is the best my kids love to go there and are always asking to go back plus they keep it well sanitized they came in three separate times to wipe stuff down. Can't wait to go back!

Place is wonderful.
The place was packed, and our food only took around 6 minutes to come out.
Food was very high quality, and hot. The young man that delivered the food to our table was very polite, and had good repoire with the kids. We ordered 3 happy meals, a SW Chicken Salad, and a Quarter pounder meal.

The playground is AWESOME. It feels like a real contribution to the community.
