Love the frozen Cokes, steak egg and cheese bagels (get mine on a muffin), bacon double cheeseburgers, and double fish sandwiches. Fries are the best! Always enthusiastic service, too!

My wife and I have visited this location's drive thru many times over the years for breakfast. The breakfast has always been hot, fresh, and good. The service has also been good. We will continue to to visit this location. Thank you!

I’ve been here many times and I’ve never wanted to leave a review until now. Chance was super kind and very courteous. He went above and beyond making sure that we were well taken care of! Thank you Chance and keep up the great work!

I never write reviews from McDonald's because let's face it. It's McDonald's however I'm a truck driver and I eat it a lot of different ones and a lot of different states and I order the same thing every time and I got the triple cheeseburger because I only eat the meat on keto. I ordered three of them from this McDonald's and they were the lowest price I've had in a while and they were the freshest and the beef was the tastiest and the best I've had in ages. The bathroom was clean and the order was served promptly by a nice manager. Well done

The FASTED McDonald's in town! I am addicted to Carmel Frappes not only do the make it the way I ask...extra Carmel, shot of expresso,no whip...I get it super quick and the 5th one is always free

Multi languages not holding this McDonalds back! Also the mixture of elder employees and young ones is about even, no problems there. I felt like everyone was happy working and working there!

By far the best McDonalds in the maryville/alcoa area. Great location, all the employees are incredibly nice. The atmosphere is wonderful. Even if it is not your nearest location it is worth it to go here.

Wonderful staff and the way to know who you are was 2 ladies manager and front counter employee asked for help which she was doing a great job and manager was a wonderful help on Oct 11,2023 time 328 pm ty again

By far the consistently best McDonald's experience my wife and I have had since moving here. Outshines all other McDonald's we've tried. Won't go to any other location because none can compare.

Seems they have some new employees and they are gracious and fast. Food has been fresh and hot. One of the best McDonald's around

A member of your staff, Amber was so professional, and so polite. I was awaiting a large order, which included one dozen cookies. She kept me informed, while continuing to assist other guests.

If you are having a tough morning, swing by and be served by the most wonderful drive-thru person ever....she always brings a smile to my face, and just to hear her say, "I'm fabulous" just makes my morning.

They have the best caramel frappes ever! Always always get extra caramel drizzle, and they load it up! Yummy! I highly recommend going there any time of the day and getting one!

Let me order breakfast by phone just minutes before breakfast closing. We really appreciate that!! Most places would just say "sorry, you're too late". Awesome people there!!

I went to this mc Donald's and holy smokes. Great service and the food was actually fresh. Will stop at this location again.

I often stop at this McDonald’s and they always do a fine job. I really wanted to leave a review based on today’s experience though. I pulled up to order my sausage biscuit and my car ran out of gas as I was sitting there!! (gas gauge is broken, I wasn’t sitting there long, they’re always fast) I had to explain what was happening through the ordering microphone. 2 employees came right out, had me put my car in neutral and pushed me to a parking spot. They then got a gas can and filled my car up enough to get to a gas station. They were incredibly kind and helpful and I am so very grateful for them! Wish I had gotten their names and was able to let their management know!

This is the best McDonald's in the area! I have never been disappointed with my food or the service here. All of the employees here are courteous and handle issues with professionalism, which they are few and far between. We eat here regularly and have always been happy with the quality and freshness of our orders. A+!
