I have always enjoyed my experiences with this establishment. Customer service, pharmacy, checkout experiences, and return services have been great. Most of all, I can take my time shopping.

Love this store! Clean too.Has everything I need.

THIS Stop & Shop stays open to their Advertised hours. You spend 20mins+ 5$ in gas and get there at 10:51 pm to grab a cpl half gallons ice cream, THERE OPEN. UNLIKE SPRINGFIELD, BOSTON RD. STOP&SHOP who tries locking their doors as early as 15 MINUTES BEFORE (9:45) there "Open till 10pm" time.
[As coming thru parking lot last wk @945 and thinking i was "safe early", i saw a employee walking away from door. I said "no way he already is locking it," but sure enough, it was locked! (Motion sensor turned Off) I said, "Screw this, Not this time!" And did the ol manual -pry open with fingers trick and went in. Bought my cpl things and was out by 1055pm]
THAT'S WHY I had to go to a store 6X FARTHER because it would of been 9:50-951pm when i got there and didn't want to deal with the aggrevation of not being able to get in.
This is obviously a management issue at Spfld, Boston rd store that wants to leave as early as they can get away with.

Great store very clean great prices and they carry butcher block rib sauce folks if you like teriyaki chicken like Chinese restaurants this is the stuff just buy boneless skinless chicken thighs this sauce bamboo sticks marinade for 3-4 days put on sticks and grill I'm a classical trained French CHEF I can't make it fore this price!! The best ribs full racks just roast covered ribs till meat shrinks about half inch on bone cool cover both sides with sauce fridge over night cook on grill 20-30 min brush with sauce low heat or sugar in sauce will burn trust me friends will go nuts👩‍🍳😋😋

I always walk the isles to see what is new. One time in the frozen section a lady was on a latter stocking the shelf. She seen me looking around, She came down and asked me if she can help me find something. The staff is always helpful and kind, even the cashier's are friendly. And they thank you. I do not get this great service any place else.

This was a nice visit to stop and shop. The store was very well maintained very clean and well stocked. The checkout employees were very freindly. Overall great shopping experience. Love their hot wings and seafood.

Went to Stop & Shop specifically for lobster and steamers without knowing Lobster was on sale. Unfortunately when we got there they were out of stock on lobsters. But it just so happened that a customer ordered two lobsters early in the morning and never pick them up so the clerk gave them to me. I was ecstatic

Nice store with good selection, I’ve never had a negative interaction with the staff and the prices are pretty good. Great selection of lactose free dairy products if you’re lactose intolerant

I was greeted by a gentleman who was cleaning the cart hand bars with sanitizing wipes and then offering the carts to customers. I was very happy that I did not need to do that myself, and hope others felt the same way.

I tried to grocery shop at PriceRite or Walmart to save a few dollars, and while both of those are "ok", you just don't get the quality, selection, freshness or customer service that you do at Stop and Shop. If you watch prices and shop the sales, you can't go wrong. And who doesn't love watching the gas points wrack up on the receipt! 👍I am hooked.

Nice friendly people, always have good experience when i go there everyone remembers me and my family such awesome staff! I think i have had only one dealing with a staff member that wasnt great but other then that amazing place. :-)

One of the best gracery' store. Staff is very helpful. It is fully stocked all the time and has many food items from foreign countries. Ample parking space and handicap entrance.

as with every trip the staff is wonderfully cheerful!
On several occassions I have been shopping and had to carry my Pup in within. my jacket. Rain/ Thunder and heat are not the time to leave a Rescue pup alone in a car. The staff have been very forgiving on these days.
Thank you again for your understanding and joyful stops to calm Teke even more by socializing with him.

Good place to go shopping for food

Clean, organized and great displays. Prices are fair, quantities in stock. Cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome deli service.
