I went because my car was having problems starting and I wanted to see what was going on with it. The extremely nice gentleman came out and tested my battery for free. When he said that the one in my car I had gotten there he suggested that we check to see if I still had a warranty. It was expired so I bought a new one and he put it right in my car. Very nice and friendly.

I was in your store today Aug 9th around lunch time. I was helped by a nice lady and needed a battery for my Honda Pilot. She was very friendly and showed me the different batteries available and price range. A gentleman installed it for me there who was also very friendly and did a fantastic job. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with a new battery installed and starting issue resolved. Fantastic job Crestview AutoZone! A+ experience 😀. I will be back with all my parts needs based on this terrific experience.

I was travelling through and discovered that my tail signal light was out. I called, and they had the replacement bulb, but I told Bill that I didn't have any tools with me ( I was in my family's van). He said no problem, c'mon in, but we're closing soon. I said I'd be right there. When I walked in a few minutes later and asked for Bill, he was already getting the bulb. I asked if I could rent the 10 mm socket and ratchet for the job, and he said "oh I'll put it in for you". WOW!! We chatted about Canada, California and horses while he replaced the bulb. I want to again say thank you so very much as it's such a safety issue, and Bill was so very kind and helpful!! Southern hospitality at its best! Thanks Bill!

Needed a trailer hitch lock and a ball lock... As usual, Auto Zone had a good selection on hand and helpful staff to clarify a couple of questions I had. Also appreciate the military discount!

Very helpful sales people

Last week my car was giving indications that it was time for a new battery so I hopped over to AutoZone for some help. I didn’t catch his name, but the staff member who rang me out and installed my battery was so friendly and helpful! He didn’t try to upcharge me on the battery and even gave me some tips on my car as he has driven the same model for years. He cleaned out the battery compartment and got me back on the road in a very short period of time. All in all, a great experience!

Great manager and employees. They helped me get all my parts and ordered what I needed to change out my motor. Very nice and personable people behind the counter. They need to pave one part of the entrance to the right side of their parking lot. They had most of my parts in stock. It's not everyday you change out your engine. So not having some of the parts was understandable. All the employees were great and very helpful.

Want to make a shout out to chuck. He is awesome !!! We was next door waiting on an oil change and this amazing person came over to where we were and got the part we needed and saved the day. I want him to know how much he made our day and wished more people were like him again thank you so much !!!!

AutoZone is the best man I don't care who you go to you give AutoZone a try and I guarantee you they'll become your your best auto parts serious they take the time to work with you and if they can't find what you want they will order for you and they will also call you when it comes in so as far as 125 stars is it went up more than that they would get chin

As always, great fast service. Friendly helpful employees. Parts we need are almost always in stock and if not, they get them in for us within a day or two.

These guys went above and beyond. We are from out of state and our car broke down. We had it towed there so we could get the part to fix it. They came out several times to make sure we were ok and helped us too. These guys rock.

We were stranded at the rest stop. This Autozone is SOoOoo AMAZING. They were super friendly and brought the parts we needed to us. I have never had experienced such great service and kindness. Thank you for making our stressful situation just a little bit lighter. You all are making a difference and we thank you.
