I was an Assistant Manager for McDonald's if the owner of this place cares for their business then you should Hire me. I am in the top 10 out of 10 as manager and will replace any rude,lazy, and or non sanitary employees for ones that will actually care for the job no matter what the job is. If you do not love your business then so be it. My name is Cristian I am the Manager you need for this place. I've spent countless hours reading all the reviews it saddens me that the owner of this place has not even taken the time to atleast seem understanding of customer concern. Do you want your customers to return or do you want them to replace you with Wendy's or what about Burger King? And yes you might no be the only McDonald's or fat food around that's exactly why you should make sure your Business is up and running at its best.

I am not a fan of mcds. But this one I have been to a few times since being in town and every single time my order is right and stupid fast to get to me. I order and by the time I turn around set down they call my number. Thank you for doing a wonderful job

Always fast and haven't had any wrong orders. The store is clean, and the employees actually seem happy to be there, so that is always a plus.

I tried to do a deal then I removed it not sure why I needed to wait 15 more minutes to just change from at store to online

Pretty fast & efficient drive thru service!! Especially when you have a quite hungry toddler, that fast service really helps. Thanks to the girl taking money in the drive thru this evening around 7:00PM 😎😉🥇 Thanks for the awesome service! ]

I ordered breakfast 8:30 & there was very little wait time, the food was hot & fresh, the people were friendly. Great way to start my day, thank you.

Can't rate atmosphere because last experience was curbside.

This is the first clean, friendly McDonald's, I've been in a long time.
Gabby is coresponsible for making this visit very enjoyable. It's very refreshing to have somebody caring and responsible. The whole team here seems to have the same great attitude.

I love this night crew! I wish I got their names but the black girl that works nights and the white girl with colored hair are always so kind and professional when I come through before or after work a lot of nights. Thankful for this kind of customer service:)

Drove through for quick 3 am #7 meal (two double cheese burgers). Asked for it plain as I usually do. Eventually get my food and I take a look just to make sure it's plain. It was a cheese sandwich with all the condiments on it, no meat. I tell the guy to just slap some meat on it, he comes back with 2 single cheeseburgers, all condiments still on it. Easily one of the funniest 3 am mcdonalds trips I've ever had, would recommend the experience for anyone looking for a good laugh.

We got to sit in our vehicle, while staying nice & warm with the heat on. We also got to chill out & listened to our music. We ordered ahead & did curbside pick-up. About 10 minutes later, the girl brought our breakfast out to us & it was delicious!!! 💯

Whoever is putting less than 4 must either have high standards or they’re lying. I’ve eaten here a bunch of times and it’s the best McDonalds around Charlotte county. They’ve only messed up on my order twice I believe and was quickly resolved. They’re burgers are built like they actually care about presentation. I can 99% of the time Expect my order to be good and not messed up unlike many other McDonalds around.

Always greet you with a smile, polite and can take a joke or two. So glad they are now open 24hrs on weekends

I go to this McDonald's often for a few years now since its open 24 hours and only had my meal order wrong once and they were super quick and happy to fix it. Its very clean inside. They have little computers inside where u can place ur order so u don't have to talk to a person to order. Also plenty of hand sanitizer inside. Quick service and kind employees. What more could u ask from them

Morning crew moves a lot faster the night crew but the food is usually fresh. They are good at checking the order before giving us the bag which is great. Inside is clean. The touch screen menu is faster then going through the line if you pay at the T.S menu. Sweet tea is always fresh.

They now have two separate pickup windows. I can place my order at one of the two order lanes, pay at the first window, pull up to the next window and get told to go to the last window where my food is already waiting for me. This is genius. When I first saw it I thought I was going to hate it because I hate most everything including myself, however the second I pulled up and they told me your food's ready at the next window I immediately regressed psychologically to a time in my life where I didn't actively loathe the person I have become. Then I ate my bag of french fries in the parking lot like a goblin and the self-loathing came rushing back. Good times.

Fast, quick & accurate ordering process. Had a delivery & mobile order. Both were ready when I got to the window. Only issue is that with 1 lane of the 2 drivethrus open & the lobby closed, there is zero way for delivery drivers to get their orders quicker. Checkers stepped up their game in this regard. They finally opened up both drivethrus And 'gig'/delivery drives have the opportunity to go straight to the pick up window & skip the lines. Past a certain time of night, the second drivethru should be designed for 'delivery drivers only' so they can get in line and move the orders along, alternating getting in line with the other call box of course, it have the lobby open past 10 or 11pm for drivers only like the taco bell by 301 and 41 downtown Sarasota... All drivers are asked to go to the lobby, though it's not open for dinning. Other fast food joints should change to allow orders ready for delivery to get out to the customer asap. No one likes cold McDonald's fries... 🤦

Order was correct and food warm. Quick drive thru service.
