We visited the fusion Cafe on Thursday March 14th 2024 in a group of 10 family friends and had a good time enjoying the unlimited Indian delicacy of Pani Puri. There are many other choices to order from the menu to eat there or take out.

Mani the manager is very friendly and helps you order what you need and makes suggestions if you are confused about what to order from the menu. They also have desserts and drinks if you have any more space left after the unlimited Pani Puri treat. 👍🌻🙏

This hidden gem offers a delicious fusion of Indian flavors, along with impeccable service and friendly vibes.
They offer unlimited live Panipuri for $9.99 per person, puri was crispy, pani was perfect, channa was hot and fresh but a bit hard unlike the usual soft channa you find. I also highly recommend the chicken tikka sandwich - which is juicy and flavorful. Onion samsos were crispy and tasty. My friend, who tried the chai enjoyed it. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch.
And let's not forget the prices! Fusion Cafe offers incredibly reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food you get.

Fusion Menu standouts unique compared to other cafes.

We have been living in the US almost 15 years and my kid grown and raised here, when we want to go out , we have to at least stop at 3 places to pick or eat food. Kids have different choice , I want to eat chat , my wife want to eat biriyani. This problem is solved by fusion cafe , their menu is unique, one stop shop for all family members especially if you have teens.

*Unlimited pani puri* yes you read correctly, you pay. $ 9.99 and stand near counter like indian street style pani puri , enjoy the mouthwatering taste. We loved it ..finally you don't miss India now. Please check on timings before you go there.

* Chicken Tikka sandwich* It remind me the Mumbai street style sandwich.

* coffee* They have Larry organic coffee and as well indian chai also on the menu. Quick stop.

One of the partner was kind of to walkthrough me their convenient store , they have Indian beer , old monk and Maharaja.

They have dry ice with alcohol too. It's my best on list to try.

Tried unlimited pani puri live and it was delicious with perfect spice. First time having like this outside of India. The owner was amazing. great place to try some Indian street food experience in the US!

The cafe is really amazing, just add a little more variety to the menu, pizza is outstanding, and the service, that's the thing, it is to good to be true amazing, I love it. Smells really good, when you walk in it feels like you walk in place that you never thought. I love the whole place that's all I am going to say.

Fusion Cafe is a hidden gem in the Apex. Let's talk about the Chicken Biryani it's like an authentic Hyderabadi biryani, an aromatic masterpiece of flavors. The tender chicken, perfectly cooked and infused with spices, makes each bite delightful. Each grain of rice carries the essence of saffron, while the spices elevate the dish to new heights. I also tried the Pani Puri each bite of the crispy puri bursts with spicy green chutney and refreshing mint water, I loved the Pani Puri with every bite. The cozy atmosphere will make you want to sit back and relax. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend dishes. It's a great place to visit, and you won't be disappointed.

Unlimited panipuri which is made and served at the counter one at a time! I have never seen this in US before! They kept feeding until you could eat no more! Really impressed with their generous offer and business acumen

We had unlimited pani puri, very authentic great taste. Not just pani puri the onion samosa and tea were great too.. Mr mohan who served us has such a pleasing personality.. Overall great place with amazing food..

Very unassuming cafe with a kind server who made awesome sandwich recommendations. I got the chicken tikka panini with American cheese and it was delightful! I usually don’t enjoy tomatoes on my sandwich but the cheese and sauce combination made the tomato essential. The place is connected to a gas station which makes it the perfect stop for a quick bite to eat. Give them a try!

Live pani poori is awesome. Must visit place. I also had paneer tikka sandwich. They made it with multi grain bread ( choice of bread ) it was just fab. Don’t expect ambience but go for taste. It’s an awesome place to much on some Indian junk. 👏👏👏👏

I have been craving for pani puri since i moved to NC, finally found a place with Unlimited pani which tastes similar to street style panipuri. Having extra crunch that make feel to it alot. Recommended for all pani puri lovers

Had pani puri today with my girlfriends and I must admit, it was very tasty. Recently opened, can accommodate 15 ppl for dine-in. Staff members are friendly. Will be back again to try other items.

This is going out to be our new hangout spot after moving to Holly springs area from RTP area. My wife is addicted to unlimited panipuri and I am to the panner tikka pizza along with my kids.

Great pani puri, lot of fun experiencing it the Indian way standing and having it at live counter! Great jabs and laughter with Akhil while he was serving to our group, he is one of a kind! Would absolutely go here again.
