I was in the drive thru on 11/21 around 3pm getting my child there after school nuggets. The young man at the food window in the drive thru was thoughtful enough to check the happy meal before handing me it and discovered there were no fries in it and had it corrected. The attention to detail to check before just handing it to me assuming it was right was awesome and much appreciated, my little one loves mcdonalds fries and would have been really upset to get a happy meal with no fries.
This store always has good food and the staff is friendly and the line moves at an appropriate pace.

I go there on my way to work and my food is always hot and in the am I get oatmeal on my way home and it’s fresh

Excellent experience. The good was delicious. The lobby was clean. Lyndsey was above and beyond sweet and helpful. I also watched her assist a customer work an app order. He was so happy with her help.

This morning was one of my best experiences! During the morning commuter rush the two young ladies at each window were extremely calm, professional, friendly and efficient. The crew preparing the food did an exceptional job as well. If you are planning to go to Littlestown McDonald's I highly suggest going some week morning this crew is there!

Unbelievable. Me and my crew came through at I kid you not 10:50, hearts set on mcflurries. We tried calling ahead to see if the machine was working, no answer but we hopefully came through the drive thru. We walked because we were close, and the woman we’ll call her Judy, greeted us as if we weren’t the scum of earth coming in right before close. We expected the machine to be off, to be turned away tbh McDonald’s does not have a reputation of satisfying their customers’s flurry needs… but Judy told us the machine was working, and even sold us on some nuggets, offered us sauce, and gave us sauce. I don’t care what anyone says. “Your order will be wrong 70% of the time?” Well my order was MORE than right this time, it was perfect. I’m going to be back, FREQUENTLY. Thanks Judy, and I hope your shift ended well.

I went here with my mom and niece last weekend and was completely blown away with the amazing staff. We were able to get a great deal that we all shared. We sat at this really cool table that my niece was able to play games on while we ate. I also took notice of how clean this place looked. I have NEVER been to a McDonald's that was this great. The customer service was beyond amazing. I can't rave enough. We NEED more McDonald's like this one! Keep up the good work!

Great food, service and price all the time. Congenial, nice, friendly staff.

Great service the whole way through. Our dog loved her very own pup cup. The food was so hot and fresh. Very happy with the food and excellent service.

This is the only drive thru in littlestown, they are always busy and always short staffed. People do get frustrated because it gets hectic, but they are trying to do their best with what they have. Cut them some slack! Nobody is perfect, including YOU!

Love the friendliness of the people who work here at the Littlestown McDonald's. They are kind and take the time to make sure your order is just right. And they always wish me to have a great day! Thank you for being so kind and courteous!

One of the best McDonald's I have been in. The place was very clean. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were right out of the fryer and so was the chicken on my sandwich. It I am ever back in the area I would go again.

Love their fresh made coffee 😋.

24 hr drive thru. Lobby til midnight during week. Till 1am fri n sat.

Haven't had a messed up order from this one. everything been quick and hot.
Last Visited midnight on a sunday. Only one there. Hot fries. Was very happy.

Best sweet tea. Can't beat the cheapie cheeseburger for a quick bite. Always a little busy in the drive thru, service depends on the people taking the orders, sometimes not do great. Wherelse can you eat for 2.00???

Usually 99% of the time good customer service. Always pretty quick. As for the food... Its McDonald's... you know what you're getting. Don't act surprised.

I honestly think this is one of the most friendly and homey restaurant I have ever been to...and its McDonald. One little annoying thing is that you have to ask for everything from ketchup to paper towels or else you won't get any.

The One in Walkersville is good. Very well Re-Designed. I don't use the self order screens cause they are confusing but food is good and staff is good
