I stopped in this morning, 1/26/2024 and there was my favorite girl Christa!!!
She makes my day with her bubbly customer service !!
My Island Green was yummy 😋😋😋

OMG !!! Christa at the Jones Valley location ROCKS at customer service !!! She is so kind to me each day when I come through the drive thru. To me, a first impression is VERY important.. well Christa is in the right profession :-).

I come here almost every day to get a smoothie and the workers are always very friendly and my smoothie is always consistent and delicious. It can get pretty busy at times but it's worth the wait. I highly recommend getting the peanut butter cup with whey protein added in if you haven't tried it yet. I'll be back tomorrow for my usual!

Online ordering was super easy, choices and removal options easily provided. Reps had our order ready today within 10-min. No issues. Thai salad and smoothie were tasty. Removed the wontons for a GF meal. A+ 👍

I’ve been consistently going to this Tropical for the past 3 years and have never had too bad of an experience. Only issues might be a long line of every once in a while. I always get the Mango Magic and it’s delicious every time. Tonight I had a great drive-thru experience with the workers, Gabby and Judy (Might have messed up one name) only 30 minutes till closing. Keep up the good work!

Christa is a SWEETHEART! I always come through the drive-thru in mornings around 7-7:15 and she knows it me! Kind person and just love how she sounds in the morning. Excited and ready to make her people happy when ordering!

My absolute favorite place to go whether to get an amazing smoothie or a healthy snack! The manager, Gabby, was so generous ,and Jade was the sweetest soul. 11/10 highly recommend!!!

I occasionally come to this location for a Peanut Butter Cup smoothie and it’s always fast and great. Really appreciate the staff here and the air conditioning certainly is nice after a bike ride in the summer!

Despite working on the Redstone Arsenal and this being a bit of a drive, this TropSmoo is my favorite place to grab a quick lunch to go or dine in. They are kind, offer speedy service (granted I avoid typical peak times), and make a consistently excellent smoothie. Well, I think that about wraps it up. Time to go grab a smoothie!

Super friendly staff and delicious smoothies and food! However, be aware: each smoothie besides one has added sugar in it (turbinado sugar - still refined processed sugar) so if you want to avoid it, ask them to make your smoothie without added sugar!! Also highly recommend placing your order ahead of time from their website! They can get really busy on a hot summers day!!

Absolutley Love Tropical and the staff they have at Cecil Ashburn. The store has a very welcoming pre-recorded drive thru greeting and then a smiling face to greet me at the drive thru window. I never have to wait long for food or smoothies which is why I come here everyday. Keep up the good work and friendly/quick service.

Christa has been the BEST assistance Yu probably has!! She is always smiling and has the best personality! You guys are very lucky to have her!!

Awesome Smoothies, Great Food! I had the Cuban Sandwich and the Strawberry Limeade Smoothie! The Cuban is a hot grilled sandwich and was delicious! Cool Cafe atmosphere. Friendly staff and fast service.
