McDonald's

We usually don’t eat fast food. While traveling, we decided to grab a quick bite and get back on the road. Surprisingly it was really good and fresh. I'm not sure that we will be stopping very often, but we were surprised we actually enjoyed our breakfast. The people were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

McDonald's is McDonald's. But this McDonald's is better than most we've ever visited for this reason: sandwiches were hot and the french fries were hot. They were not lukewarm or cold; they were hot all the way through. I don't even remember the last time that was true of a McDonald's that I visited. I don't know if we were just fortunate or if this is standard procedure. But the next time I'm in this area I'm definitely going to stop again to see if this is a special McDonald's and serves up food like it should be served up.

Don't like those kiosk machines if we have to do all the ordering work then things should be cheaper and not, cost more . I don't like those self checkout machines either and then they check your baggie to see if you paid for everything and their prices are higher .
It's not fair to the people .

Got 2 BEC biscuit combo for $18. Never been to a McDonald's that charged extra for the drinks when ordering a combe. Beware of this place.

Love this McDonald's and it's always my first stop after fasting for hours for MUSC appointments. The service is top notch and the food actually resembles the pictures!

Sorry about the neutral rating for "atmosphere", but please, it's McDonald's. There is no great "Atmosphere". Also, the atmosphere isn't bad.

Khloe our cashier absolutely amazing thank you! She remade our iced coffees the correct way! The lady in the gray shirt,blackjeans was rude and said nothing sugar free was good and refused to fix them. Great customer service Khloe!

This McDonald's has given me consistently fresh food the last three visits. We have a McDonald's where we live in Macclenny but we drive to Baldwin because it's fresh every time. My only 2 notes are.. drink stations are always messy. 2nd The person (s) who take food out to the grill stall parking space, please take off your gloves. Don't go back to making food with gloves that just touched a dirty door handle. They keep forgetting to change gloves. I've seen this each visit. Please be more sanitary and mindful. Thank you

Best experience at a McDonald’s I’ve honestly ever had! All around amazing service from Exel. He was welcoming, polite, apologized for the brief wait, and prepared my food quickly and all throughout with a smile. Exel is the standard that restaurants should hold for all employees. He is the definition of leading by example. Thank you for creating a positive environment.

The morning staff is such a delight. :) Kat has best personality and smile.. they know my order and always fast . Thanks Y’all

Fast and accurate drive thru service

Only place open at the time due to staff shortages in nearby establishments. Very busy to say the least. Staff seemed to be handling the rush very well. The food was fresh and correct.

This McDonald's is actually pretty decent good workers nice attentive respectful nothing like the one on Atlantic boulevard before the Arlington expressway they are horrible in the daytime but in the night time they have a male manager that keeps it up and does it right it's just the daytime manager believe she's Haitian not that it matters but once you hear a voice you know you're going to get bad service when you hear the accent so run

They are always so great! I frequently travel from costal Georgia to Florida many times a month and I make sure this is the mcd stop I make. Never any issues with my order and customer service is great. An example is that they asked me if I could wait 5 min so they can give me a fresh batch a fries instead of giving me what was sitting there since it was late at night.

Way better than baker I’ll tell ya that, only took 2 minutes to get our food and get out.
