I ordered my son's letterman jacket here, and they had great customer service, helped us with all the customization of the jacket, and had a quick turnaround on it. The process was quick and really easy!

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and pleasant. I took my son’s letterman jacket to have 4 patches placed and they had it ready the next day. There was a young man, an African American young man with such a nice personality that was so helpful and made sure we had a good experience. The older gentleman at the register was super nice as well.

Customer service, was on hit. We came in we express what we wanted, and they produced it.. the young man that helped us, was very professional, and explained everything thoroughly. We definitely, we'll be coming back to this location for our future sportswear

Erin is amazing at creating custom banners for little league teams. Every year we come back and couldn't be more pleased. I recommend to anyone! Heavy duty material holds up in all weather and definitely makes it worth the money! She strives to make the banner exactly what you want and nails it everytime to ensure customer satisfaction! 😁

Have gotten sports banners years ago and just recently got my letter jacket done here- which turned out amazing and arrived ahead of schedule. Great customer service, high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My son is starting soccer, and I know nothing when it comes to gear. We walked in and were immediately greeted, and asked what we were looking for. I told them we needed cleats, shin guards, and a ball. Samuel helped us straight away. He helped size my son for cleats, and found a perfect fit on the first try. He even had my son run around a bit to make sure that his toes felt good. Then Samuel went and found shin guards of the appropriate size. Finally, he helped my son pick out a ball, then "topped off" the inflation level to the exact right amount, checking with a pressure gage.
The whole experience took about 15-20 minutes. And it was perfect. I don't think I could have asked for better assistance. Samuel was perfect with my... exuberant 6 year old. He was helpful, and knew exactly what he was doing. And how to work with kids.
Al's Sport Shop is going to be the place I go to for any and all sporting necessities, for the foreseeable future. The experience was fantastic, and not at all intimidating for a "non-sport" Mom. I will recommend Al's to everyone.

After an extremely upsetting and frustrating customer service experience yesterday at a large chain, I did what I should have done in the beginning and went to Al's. My son was fitted for cleats and batting gloves by a wonderful and attentive young lady. Although the time spent with us amounted to only about 10 minutes, we never felt rushed or our needs felt to be inconvenient or unimportant. Yet another reminder to shop with independent and local retailers. This was not my first great experience at Al's and it certainly won't be the last. You guys are great.

Did your team pick strange colors? Mine did. They have EVERY COLOR of baseball socks here! That is what initially brought me in, and I came to discover how awesome this place really was. The employees are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. I wish I had known about this place when my kids were first starting in sports. I will definitely be coming back.

They listened to my needs and did everything I wanted. Randy was a big help.

Went to pick up my son's embroidered jacket and his name was spelled wrong which was my fault not theirs. When I asked the cost to fix it they said they would rush and fix it for free. Made my little boy very happy and I appreciate wonderful local businesses with outstanding service.

Super polite & knowledgeable staff! I am a first time t-ball team mom and when I went in with questions, comments and looking for what our tballers needed Rob helped me out and even gave some awesome reccomendations! On top of that, their prices can't be beat, AAAAAAAANNDD their turn around time is something to boast about! Thanks Al's and all its staff... Will DEFF be getting all of my boys future sports gearctgere.

The prices at Al's Sport's shop are great. They have all your needs at this location and they're open up super early on Saturdays and Sundays makes things easy for those sporting events. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

My classmates and I visited the shop to have our class hoodies custom-made. Ms Barbara (the Head Witch, accdg to her) is so very helpful and creative. I def would recommend them.

I can't compare to other places, but Al's is a great place to go for high school letterman jackets.

This place has been around forever. It should be listed as an historical building. Most people think that it is the only game in town. (pun intended) Nope. There are other stores, but this is the best. Absolutely the widest variety at the best prices for a few generations of sports teams.

Great sporting goods store specializing in uniform apparel. They carry top brands and top shelf sporting goods, just beneath the pro line. Very handy location, just off the 52 in Santee.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. It's nice to shop at a store where the staff knows the products they sell. Beats large chains like Dick's in knowledge and personable atmosphere.
