St. Louis Bread Co.

My favorite place ever to do homework on the weekends. Orders are always made quickly and with care and there are plenty of tables and outlets. Also the ideal place for hangovers and debriefs lol

Other than an independent bakery STL BreadCo is the only place to get a French baguette as it should be made.

I ordered large soup, but the serving was very small.

My husband and I ordered dinner for tonight and when we got home, we realized there was a salad missing so my husband went back to tell them. When he got back home we realized there was a couple sides missing too, so I called in to tell them. Mike (possibly the manager) told me how sorry he was and took care of our order. After having worked in restaurants during a time in my life, I understand how great of customer service this is. Thank you, Mike for the great customer service and for making our Panera experience better.

I'm a huge fan of Panera aka St. Louis Bread Co. Spending the last few days visiting the Galleria location on Brentwood Boulevard South. Power went out and the staff didn't miss a step!! Extremely well staffed! Handled the outage wonderfully. Made sure every customer was not only satisfied, they also managed wait times openly and kept everyone happy and smiling. When the power came back on every thing kept rolling and the store was running smooth. Very clean, smells from the food leaves one wanting to try something new, and children left happy with smiles. I'm still able to complete my over the phone business without hiccups and though I should have plugged my laptop in before the outage, the staff made sure everyone had plenty of food and drinks going. Shout out to both Stacy and Chris who came right in and kept things moving. After years of being in the restaurant myself, I really was left very impressed and will be returning. Plus the area is very nice near the Galleria and Promenade shopping areas.

Crowded and short on supplies, but the staff was friendly and got all of the orders out quickly and correctly. It was a pastry day and the chocolate croissants and cinnamon rolls were on point 👉

I came in to redeem a free drink from a previous mistake and order some other things because well.. I love bread co. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My order was made quickly and correctly. The manager Kenneth did a great job making sure everything was right and I was happy. I really appreciate the above and beyond service and kindness I received today.

This place was our first experience in USA. We tried a lot of cafes and restaurants after that, but the warm and friendly atmosphere of Panera in Brentwood is remarkable.

Everything about this Bread Co. is AMAZING! Lots of kind and beautiful people that make you feel welcomed and loved. I tried the new teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl which turned out to be the best thing I’ve ever had. The service was fast which made my empty belly so happy. Overall, the perfect lunch spot. Best experience I’ve had at Bread Co. ever! <3

This location is very busy but I don't have any complaints about it- I didn't mind waiting a few minutes for my food. The staff here is very friendly. My soup was hot and delicious. Everything was clean and lovely.

Called in a phone order, the system crashed, manager John was super cool and went ahead and sent my delivery no charge. I've always had good bread co experiences but this one goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. No less than 5 stars. Thanks much Brentwood Bread Co! You guys rock!

Justin and Ashley were awesome up front and Ronnie in the back holds it down. I highly recommend this location.

I come here often for work and the wifi capabilities. Store staff is amazing. Elliene is awesome. Zac assistant manager is amazing. Everyone has the best personality and upbeat attitude! BRAVO^^ The sandwich I got the other day was a Frontega Chicken Panini. I swear it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Seriously NO JOKE.

Please give your entire staff a round of applause and a raise! They deserve it.

There at lunch time, very busy. Order was correct. Might be a place to enjoy an Fall Evening as it has a fireplace and WiFi.

I just got the most wonderful chocolate chip cookie from the remarkably friendly Kenny, and it made my day. This is a very clean, very speedy Bread Co with great staff! Will absolutely be back.

This Breadco is usually very crowded and loud. Otherwise, it's a Breadco/Panera. It's as good as any of them.

All great, just a tad bit expensive for the amount of food you receive.

Always satisfied with my meal. I had a toasted bbq chicken sandwich that was so good. I always have a bear claw for dessert. Good job Bread Co.
