I really enjoyed this breakfast dish. "Croque Madame".
What I didn't like is being corrected loudly how to say "croque madame", like it's not that serious, but being corrected on not only that was a little turn off.
Other than that the place is clean, bright and food is really good. Went for a hike after up the way in the canyon. A must try

My grandson wanted breakfast from Starbucks as he had a gift card. We both had a sausage and bacon breakfast wrap. He also had a strawberry lemonade. The food was tasty and my grandson loved the experience. He now loves Starbucks.

The person who took the order was nice but the one who made it and set it out for me was kind of rude when I asked for a straw.

Great go to place just off the 210 x Citrus near Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College. Always students in the chairs when the lobby is open Tod guests. Great ambiance. Fast service in a clean store with all the expected iconic offerings. Drive through at this location very efficient. Love the quad espresso or a bone dry oatmeal cappuccino. Great way to jump start the day!

A nice cold brew for a warm day is always a good way to end your work day.

This is my favorite place to get my drinks! They're always on point! Sevice this time I would rate one, but one employee doesn't make a difference. The staff in charge of drive-thru wasn't as friendly as others. I requested a straw for my venti drink and said that it was inside the bag, to my surprise it was not! Even with this experience I will be returning.

I was in the area doing some shopping and no one else would let me use the bathroom even though I spent a decent amount of money. The Starbucks workers treated me like a human being and let me use the bathroom. Thank you!

Great place, friendly staff, had the best mocha coffee i've had in 2023 here. Rush hour is a pain due to long lines. Definitely worth a visit if you are early enough.

Enjoy one's normal day, it could turn less than normal unexpectedly. I dropped by this joint from time to time. It's located at an intersection and in a sprawling shopping center. All walks of life would be passing through the door. One evening, weeks ago, I dropped by as usual. A staff member approached me and some other patrons, wanting to close early. The reason was, she uttered, while trying to be calm, they had just been robbed. Wow, I am so glad we came at the perfect timing, even being kicked out, and had missed the episode. I'd like to give a shout-out to the crew who still come to work every day, and even keep the restroom door unlocked – truly exemplary of everyday unsung heroes!

Every Starbucks I've been to has been a pleasant experience. I only had order mixed up and they were quick to correct it. Friendly, nice, helpful, and sociable. I get my mocha's with alternative milks and use the app which makes it a whole lot easier. Order ahead, wait 10 minutes tops, go there and it's ready. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Just came through this morning Tuesday 4/14 at 9:00 am and realized in line at drive thru I had forgotten my wallet at home, not to worry I had a gift card that has plenty on that my wife used. Big mistake as my wife is a frequent flyer. Long story short, I was short and without the proper cash to make up the difference and the young lady working the drive thru graciously still gave me my order all while remaining extremely polite and cordial. No idea if this is common practice here but I was blown away. Thank you folks

I'm not much of a coffee person so the employee at the register was really informative about their different flavors and helped me find a great coffee to start out with. Great employee experience.

Side note, the interior architecture in there is so cool.

First visit enjoyable. Energetic and fun staff. Spacious! Must be serving the college better in this location than the one that used to be in the Stater Bros. Center nearby on Alosta.

Since it is new construction, the accessibility features in the restroom are better than most. Also, (currently) the restrooms are not security code restricted like most Starbucks I frequent have upgraded to. But a little concerning that a spacious two stall bathroom does have a privacy lock. That seems unnecessary or a safety issue.

Place was very clean, the personal very polite, respectful friendly. I ordered a hot chocolate nothing out of this world.i recommend this place.

I'm not feeling very well this morning so I stopped to get a hot passion Tea. The girl working the drive thru told me they were out so I decided to get a different tea. They also happened to be out of honey so I took agave instead. She was super nice and gave me my tea for free because everything I wanted happened to be out. I wish I got here name because she really made my morning!

So I used to go to this Starbucks place in my college days, pre-COVID, usually in the afternoons and the occasional morning when I did some homework. One of the things that stood out was the staff working there. I recall one of the store managers at one point had a meeting with a supervisor and had free samples of either a baked good like coffee cake or some coffee. Another was a barista who’s blonde woman who was so sweet to me whenever I placed my order that when I was doing homework at Starbucks one day, she came in for her shift, saw me, and greeted me. I don’t know if this blonde girl still works for this particular Starbucks location, but I just wanna point out how that is a cool gesture and it made my day back then. Other than that, love the coffee atmosphere of the location.

This Starbucks was great, the bathroom was clean and the drinks were great as usual with Starbucks. What really impressed me though was the barista's honesty about a drink that looked good but that was way too sweet. He also recommended using the powder instead of the syrup to flavor the drink I ordered and it was delicious. This Starbucks is very close to Azusa Pacific University so it had many students studying. Is was a very nice vibe.
