Dunkin Donuts Mint-Hill is small shop compared to other big Dunkin Donuts in other cities, but it is very cozy and the attention of the staff to details is good. The are always busy, but very professional. I also love the decorations according to the season. Great job!!!

I don’t ever leave reviews, but after coming to this location twice I have too. This location has stepped up their game!! I got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, iced & hot. Everything turned out amazing! I usually go to a specific location further away because they make the coffee good, but after coming to this location this is my new go to. Came back again today around 1p got the same thing and food and coffee was on point!! They even threw napkins in the bag which was a plus. Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it! You guys are great!

This is hands down the BEST Dunkin’ on the East coast! April and Allison are rockstars and have loads of enthusiasm and beautiful personalities. I have actually never been dissatisfied with anyone when I grab my daily order. This staff rocks and I can’t say enough great things about them!!!!

Absolutely the nicest cashiers ever. The brown sugar cinnamon latte is so sweet and amazing 😉 the food is good too. I got a bagel with cream cheese and was very impressed. And everything is reasonably priced.

I don't know who the sandwich maker is but he has my food by the time I get to the window everytime whether I'm the only car or not the food is always done. I went inside to see how he does it and let me tell you he's like a machine. Food is amazing, staff is incredible, place looks clean all the time and the new manager ensures you get reimbursed for any mistakes. The dunkin at Albemarle, I went inside and gave someone money who had gloves and they never took it off.

Love coffee and great customer service

I love this Dunkin location :) the most friendly staff ever and they always get my order correct. I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and I’m now 23, only dunkin I’ll ever come to!

Met a friend at 7am to pick her kid for a weekend retreat. Cashier was friendly so early in the morning. There were rows and rows of donuts. Our order was filled quickly.

Loved it I was out of town when I stopped here and really needed coffee. They still had pumpkin pie spice service was fast and coffee was great. will go back if in that area in the future.

Sharon was very nice and made sure our order was 100% correct. She made sure we were served quickly and efficiently.

It's Dunkin. What else can be said? A positive experience. My daughter got a strawberry donut with sprinkles and I got a black coffee. The usual daddy/daughter day date!

Food is good, staff is friendly. Parking lot/ drive through not well designed though.

I ordered a coffee during the weekend and the store was packed, my coffee was taking a bit to finish but the person making sandwiches gave me hash browns while i waited and it changed the experience, i have never seen that in another fast food place ever.

They are always awesome to me. Go here and have breakfast.

This is the first time I've had breakfast here and it was great! 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, cheese and cheese on Texas toast. Real good!

All actually went well. Stopped in for a couple coffees for kiddos school office staff. In and out without issue.
