I have had nothing but friendly and helpful interactions each time I've gone into this Home Depot. I needed help with getting a water filter for my fridge. This fridge came with our house, and no owner's manual was left behind. I've googled numerous times the model # and unable to find a replacement filter type or exactly where it was hiding on my model. Carmen Martin, in appliances, was extremely helpful and patient with me as she entered my model # into her computer and gave me a copy from the manual on how to remove and replace the filter and showed me a video on the whole process. Thank you, Carmen Martin! Excellent customer service!!!

Summer is here and so is the trip to my local home depot store will increase. I love the staff here, they always guide us to the right direction. But i am more glad when they show us the exact location of the item we are looking for. Its hard to find sometime, needle in a haystack, but their well trained employee makes the job pretty easy. Good job guys. Highly recommend

Plenty of PPE for Covid19 noticed in this store, mask for adults and children's. Gloves and hand sanitizer. Beautiful flowers. Staff always helpful.

I needed new Fire Alarms for the house, and there on the shelf is a multi-pack for the & whole house.
Plus a combo CO2 /Fire Alarm to reduce devices on the wall.
Project: Done!

Staff help me find exactly what I was looking for 105 piece tool set that was on clearance and there was only one left and I got there just in time for it!

Had the most refreshing day there w knowledgeable ones to just greet me and go out of their way as well to help me! They may not have the disc like another but to see happy friendly ones to not just point me but help me! Screw that lil cent disc. Self checkout is awesome as well as they r so helpful. Place is clean and safe as security is all around now as others don’t have it. Thank u Home Depot as u must b paying ur workers the money they deserve as they darn well have earned it!

I had a refrigerator delivered on Friday. A man named Chris and his assistant delivered it. They went above and beyond to remove the old one and install the new one. Home Depot should have more diligent people like these men.

We’re looking to do upgrades in one our homes. We visited Home Depot because they have a flooring special currently “purchase more than $499 in carpet and your installation is free”. We scheduled with them for someone to come measure our home for the flooring. We paid $35 for the measuring and that price will go towards the $499 to help with the free install.

As we were looking at flooring, we were greeted by a Home Depot staff member that helped us with all our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When we return to purchase our flooring to prepare for our install, we’ll definitely look for her. I’ll keep you posted on our experience!

Came into Home Depot this morning with a project in mind. Equipped with little info, here comes Pete to the rescue. He, with much detail, explained the project, and how to approach it. I was grateful for his graciousness, care and genuine desire to help. He is an asset$$$$ to Home Depot! Thank you Pete!

Nice clean store, friendly employees who are happy to help, with a great selection. Best hardware store I've been to in the area. If they don't have it in the store an employee will help u find it online and you can have it delivered to the store or to your house.

Went to Home Depot on Albemarle Rd I. Charlotte NC today and I must say……everyone was amazing we went for rocks and pavers. The young lady at the garden center check out was very nice. The gentleman that was working the garden center was busy so she called four other gentlemen to come help. Another lady working in the back brought us cold waters as we waited and when the gentleman came to load us up we’re very polite and introduced themselves and loaded us up with care.
They all deserve recognition wish we had all their names or remembered their names. After this visit we are considering changing from shopping at Lowe’s to this Home Depot!

Went here for some moulding. Needed to measure and cut. Geoff was a great help. He measured for us and suggested a different way of doing our moulding. Very professional, very helpful and a friendly disposition. First time we've ever got such good service here. Would recommend this store for future needs.

I always get great help in the lumber department and today my family was in the garden center brainstorming ideas and an employee made sure we had all the help we needed. It was nice that someone was willing to assist politely without us having to hunt someone down. The employees are genuine and not pushy.
