Canine Carousel

I highly, highly recommend Canine carousel. I’ve tried several groomers and they are the best. They pay attention to detail and my dog looks great after each appointment. I love the decorative bowties and scarves they come home with.

They take great care in what they do . My pup has always received a great cut from Jackie . They are kind to the dogs and we feel secure when he is left in their care .

Nikki has been grooming my two sweet kids for over ten years! Krissy as well. I absolutely adore them & they truly care about the animals. I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies!! I have not had a single bad experience.

Krissy is awesome. the is very patient with my puppy since he is a little sensitive to grooming. She takes her time with him to make him feel comfortable.

My poor little dog got a case of fleas after an out-of-town visit. I called the minute we got home and took her for a flea bath. Followed that with meds from the vet and she is good as new! Yay!

I’ve been taking my pup here for years now. They do an outstanding job grooming her. She and I both love the Ashburn location.

I had two cats groomed at this location, super friendly front door person and the grooming staff is great.

Our husky is a lot of dog and their self-service shampoo and blow dry is a lifesaver and totally worth it for $14! No worries about getting hair all over your bathroom tub and the staff is super friendly! They have everything you need — shampoo, conditioner, great water pressure, two huge tubs, great blow-dryer and tons of towels. My only suggestion would be to bring a dog brush or furmerator. If you forget (like me) you may have to purchase one. Otherwise, awesome set up and very reasonably priced. Thank you Canine Carousel!

I have been taking Ollie, our mini golden doodle, to see Nikki at Canine Carousel for 4 years. I can’t say enough good things about the grooming he receives and the care as well.

I had one of my labradoodles groomed while in FL. It was a disaster. Nickie did a fantastic job of fixing Izzy up to close to normal. Canine Carousel is the best.

Just brought our mini-schnauzer for the first time here. This place is great. Clean, professional, and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family that are looking for a groomer.

Canine Carousel is absolutely amazing! Both Nikki and Chrissy (Chrissy is at their Herndon location) do an excellent job grooming my two little dogs (as well as my mom’s dogs and most of my friends’ dogs). After their “spa treatments” I ALWAYS get a ton of compliments about how cute they are!

More importantly, you can tell how much they sincerely care about each and every animal that comes through the door. My dogs do NOT like baths and they are generally pretty scared around other dogs. But as soon as they see Nikki or Chrissy, they perk up and their tails start wagging! I can’t imagine leaving them with anyone else and feeling completely at ease.

When this location first opened, I was truly amazed by the huge selection in the store. I figured in a “boutique” setting like this, everything would be a little overpriced, but I was surprised at how reasonable their prices are. You can tell that they spend a lot of time deciding what to sell in their store, as everything is of extremely high quality.

And the customer service here is unreal! The owners have even walked through the store with me explaining the benefits of various items. It is a real mom and pop shop and the family who owns it is one of the sweetest families I have ever met!

Lil has been in the industry for many years and will give you amazing advice about pretty much anything dog related. (Take her advice. She knows what she’s talking about.) If you catch Morris there, ask him about the food and he will make sure you get the one that is best for your furry friend. He is incredibly knowledgeable (although I’m sure that anyone working there could assist you with this as well).

I never hesitate to recommend Canine Carousel to anyone, because I know that they take extremely good care of all of their customers, especially the four legged ones!

Have been going to Canine Carousel since I got my dog. Tried others but no one did as good a job and was as good to my dog. I usually go to the Herndon store, but while it is closed for the move and renovation, am coming all the way to Ashburn from Fairfax City - Lil and her daughters are great!
