Went out to Gibbs March 2nd. Even though it's a little early in the spring growing season there were blooms everywhere. Was a great way to spend the afternoon walking the trails going up to the old house. Plenty to see more to come we will definitely be returning at the end of this month. Very well kept grounds beautiful gardens to stroll through well done Gibbs Gardens

I saw advertisements for Gibbs Garden and the daffodils for a couple years. Then when we went I was so happy we had. Now we go back for different seasons through the year. It is always so beautiful. Gibbs Gardens are truly one of the hidden gems of Georgia. Pictured are spring flowers, fields of daffodils in spring, the Japanese gardens, and a couple of the water features. Take the family for a day! It's a great place to relax, look at the sky and nature, and let go of everything else.

A real delight - come in the summer for lush greenery, come in the fall for golden red maple leaves, and come in the spring for daffodils and Japanese cherry blossoms. My favorite garden to visit in Georgia. So serene and plenty to see.

Misc: free parking, friendly staff, clean facilities

It’s beautiful here. Walking trails are paved allowing easy access to the different gardens. Each season (closed in winter) provides breathtaking scenery. No dogs allowed.

This place is a hidden gem where locals & newcomers can indulge in sights & sounds of the natural world. I was delighted to see that there was a replica of Monet’s water lilies on the premises. The Japanese garden was beautiful, and amazing. The wildflower area was massive! You could walk in it for over an hour. So many different colors of the fall season were present. Lots of different varieties of plants and trees too. There are statues all through out which adds something special to each area. You are not just going to see the latest flowers in bloom, you are escaping from the world and entering peace & tranquility. It is one giant walking trail, which leads up to a beautiful Manor House filled with more interesting landscaping & surprises. Their gift shop had lots of adorable and useful items.

The place is beautiful no doubt. It's nice to see other areas in bloom throughout the year. The price is a little steep considering there are gardens you can go in for a much cheaper price, if not free. But, that being said. It is hard to be disappointed in God's beautiful creatino.

My friend and I decided to spend a day at Gibbs Garden, and it did not disappoint! Our favorite part were the wildflowers and loving on the two cats that live on the grounds. The on site cafe was reasonably priced, and as a person that eats a vegan diet, I was afraid they wouldn’t have any options for myself .. but I was able to get the grain bowl without the cheese. It was delicious. They also have vegan bars for a quicker snack option as well. It took us about four hours to really enjoy the place as well as sitting down and eating. There’s also plenty of parking.

Daffodils everywhere. Right now, I see about 40%. In a week, it might be at the peak.

Such a wonderful place, beautiful all year around with a very laid back, seemingly very happy and friendly staff. Facilities are always clean and very pretty. Definitely their Japanese garden is magical.

If you live close by, definitely worth getting the membership.

We see snakes around the ponds every time. The frog escaped by the way.

Careful with kids around the pond banks.

The manor is a hike up. Not a bad idea to skip if you have elderly in the group.

The different gardens were very beautiful. My favorite was the Japanese gardens. I loved all the water features. You can see that this place was well thought out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is so peaceful and relaxing here. It's definitely a great place to spend a couple of hours. My husband and I loved it, and we will absolutely be back. I can't wait to see the gardens in all four seasons.

Beautiful gardens. A lovely way to spend the day. I do wish their pricing wasn’t so high so that more people could enjoy it. We went ahead and bought memberships but hope they might offer a family membership in the future or consider joining AHS reciprocal program.

Thousands of flowers scattered over many acres, with streams, ponds and lovely statues. A very nice gift shop too. We spent about three hours here and felt is was worth the admission cost.

We love the gardens. More driving to and from than time in the gardens, but well worth it. We are discovering interesting spots around the region too.

It’s a beautiful garden well maintained by the Gibbs Family . Each garden is so beautiful and the daffodil fields are the biggest in state.

A cool crisp beautiful day. Only stayed two hours from 2-4 pm and spent most of that time sitting in the sunny Le Jardin garden (Garden of Color) and strolling the Japanese Garden. Managed to find time next to a talkative, lovely stream. Paths
are wide and well maintained. I plan to return in about 2-3 weeks to see the leaf color changes. Should be spectacular. You’ll drop off the grid here, cell phone service is almost non-existent, which is actually kinda nice. This garden is way out in the middle of nowhere which makes it special. Nearby Ballground, Georgia is quaint and growing.

Recommendations to Gibbs Gardens:
1) the red arrow signage everywhere is distracting and overdone.
2) need additional restroom facilities on such a large property. Two locations is not enough, in my opinion🙏

ok first off, the cat was so cute. If you’ve been here, you’ll know what I’m talkin about. it lives around the garden and that’s such a cute addition. cat in a garden sounds like a fairy tail⭐! About the garden, it’s pretty beautiful. I came at the wrong time(right at the end of November) so I didn’t get to see many colors except the green reds and yellow. I still enjoyed it a lot because they served hot coco and had great staff. it’s $25 per person so enjoy taking a whole bunch of pictures! :) make sure to come around the beginning of fall or during spring time!

Awesome place to visit at this time of year. I'm sure it's beautiful in the spring and summer but fall foliage was spectacular.

This was my first time visiting Gibbs Gardens and it was an experience I will never forget. My group and I unwittingly chose the perfect weekend to go as the wildflower garden was in full bloom. When we turned the corner and walked into the field, we were engulfed in a sea of color and beauty that I have never before experienced. We easily spent an hour exploring that one portion of the garden.

Whether you are an outdoorsy person or not, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Be sure to check out their Facebook page so that you can stay informed about what's in bloom as well as any other attractions.

My wife dragged me here on the last day of our vacation. As much as I was not looking forward to it I LOVED IT! It was so serene and beautiful! I especially enjoyed the Japanese garden. We ate lunch and that was really nice too. The staff was amazing and very helpful!
