The B-Side

Love, love, love!! This was an incredible breakfast spot. All food is made fresh and to order. Serving sizes were large and filling. A lot of healthy, vegetarian options. The service was so friendly! I'm so glad we went here vs the large Diner right next door.

We stopped at the B-side on our way out of town. They were quick and convenient and delicious. The menu had a little something for everyone, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Both of my kids got pastries, and they said they were very yummy. It was a great little stop for the whole family.

Great cute coffee shop. Stopped here to grab some lunch to take on a Shenandoah hike. Staff was very friendly. Wrapped our sandwiches to fit perfectly in our packs. Lots of yummy items.

Tried to eat at Thunderbird, but it was slammed. Grabbed a couple breakfast sandwiches here to take to the hiking trails instead.
Country sausage, egg & cheese Biscuit was legit.

The B-Side is our weekend must. We go every weekend. Staff is friendly with with a smile on their face. Food is made to order so always hot and fresh. Our favorite is the Advocado Toast! My son LOVES the pretzel bites. If you go early enough they are still warm! Whenever we have ventured out from our normal Advocado Toast we have never been disappointed!

I’m not an entitled tourist, I’m a local who lives on Massanuten and I’ve been coming to the Cafe nearly every morning for breakfast for the past several years. The pastries and deserts that roll over from B Side are the highlight of the morning. From the cookies, to cinnamon buns to my favorite, the Apple turnovers. Sweet and tart and savory. I feel so fortunate and lucky to call both Thunderbird and it’s sister B Side, not just my local eatery, but home. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is wholesome and friendly. Keep the food and deserts coming!

But it is equally fantastic! I loved the So'Cali sandwich. It's got a perfect mix of flavors, and if you live avocados like I do, you'll love it!

Will definitely return, even if it is two hours away. Totally worth it!!!

It's a good place to eat and talk.

We were told by us our food would be ready in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later still ll no food or drinks. When we received our drinks they were not correct. We were then told our food would be ready in 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes later they were just getting ready to start our order. The staff very dismissive and off putting to their customers. After 55 minutes of waiting, we received mediocre food that was thrown together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, because it will likely be 10 times the amount of time they tell you. Extremely disappointing!

Told us our food would be ready in 10 minutes, we've waited 45 minutes and counting. I understand it's busy because it's Mother's Day; however the customer service is also subpar and underwhelming. Definitely won't be eating here again, if I even get to eat this time. Who knows, I'm still waiting.
