I wanted to have some older photos scanned to have copies printed of them today at the photo department. The staff members were extremely helpful and courteous to me. I was dreading going there because of my previous bad experience. But the staff members at the photo department completely changed my mind for the better today. It was relatively simple and I had no wait time involved. Thank you Walgreen's staff members.

Ordinarily, I dread getting any prescriptions filled at this location because the staff is rude or indifferent. Today, I had an awesome experience with Nikita! I had a complicated prescription that required quite a bit of back and forth between pharmacy, hospital and insurance and she was incredibly helpful. I hope she sticks around and her cheerfulness rubs off.

This is a great pharmacy. My fiancé has been having a difficult time filling his medication and they have been the only pharmacy to be compassionate and understanding while working with him and his doctor to ensure he can get it. It is so refreshing to speak to people who are kind and genuinely care about others instead of completely dismissing them as “out of sight out of mind”. I want them to know we greatly appreciate this kind of service.

Fast, efficient service by exceptional Staff in an understaffed store. Even during the Christmas rush, they don't have enough Staff. Website OFTEN lists incorrect number of script refills available and text updates will claim ALL scripts are ready for pick-up. When you arrive, to a long line in the drive-through, there will actually be 1 or 2 scripts that you'll need to come back for! This store is blessed with Great Pharmacists, Pharmacy and Store staff who are always working so hard! Located at 5000 E Highway 100, Palm Coast, FL 32164; I am hoping senior management will pay attention and hire the correct number of Staff to give our southside of town better service. I am also hoping the website data is corrected and maintained properly in future.

The pharmacy takes the time to catch drug interactions and calls/messages when items are ready or if there will be a delay. I’ve never had a mistake come through.

I have to give a big Thank you to Erica (pharmacy) who saved our family vacation. Today we head out on my bday cruise and that would not have happened if it wasn’t for Erica and this Walgreens. One of my kids went to another Walgreens in town. (Pkwy) to get his rapid Covid and the rest of us got it here and although it’s a rapid we all had our results except for one. So, after calling the other Walgreens and getting no where but rude service. I called my Walgreens and spoke with Erica and she was so nice and understanding and we made appt right away, he got it done and got his results an hr after. I am writing on our way to the port to enjoy our vacation that may not have happened if not for Erica and this Walgreens. From my family to you & Walgreens Thank you!
